Very professional service
Very professional service, the timber was pretty good, a little warped but it did the job, the screws were a little more expensive than other suppliers of the same SIHGA L-Go Fix screws, which is a shame as they were supplied in bulk and really should have been cheaper. The screws were excellent though

Regarding the issue of warping, it's important to note that our Scotlarch® is dried to a moisture content of 16-18%. However, given the inherent characteristics of larch, it's natural for some minor board movement to occur.
While we understand there might be more budget-friendly screw options available elsewhere, it's worth emphasising that our SIHGA L-Go Fix screws, crafted from premium A2 grade stainless steel, are specifically designed to maximise cladding performance and longevity. L-Gofix are also available in 410 grade stainless steel. Whilst these are lower cost, they are more susceptible to unsightly staining and are less suited to the UK climate.

We built a new house 18 months ago and clad a large portion of it in the thermapine ebony. As the seasons have changed, it has weathered beautifully and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Fantastic product and service, will definitely return for any future products and highly recommend!

Class Company
The showroom was well organised and the staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The product I purchased is ideal for the renovation project which I’m working on. I have purchased materials from this company before and would definitely recommend them.

Highly Recommended Scotland - Cornwall
We visited the Sawmill and was given a guided tour by John to look at the excellent displays. The communication from John was excellent, answering all our questions. Ordering was easy. Finalising a delivery date took time and was later than we were informed. The delivery driver called the day before to confirm a delivery and arrived in time. Due to our location he did an excellent job to unload our order. The Scotch Larch cladding has now been fitted and looks amazing. The recommended KompFix that was supplied was insufficient in quantity which was disappointing. However, the L-Go Fix A2MS screws were excellent quality (comment from the Joiner). We now wait to see the aging process.

Siberian larch purchase.
An experienced person showed me around the sales site, explaining everything fully. Once the order was made preparation and delivery were as promised. Everyone very obliging and the product chosen is gorgeous.
