Annie was charming and spent time ascertaining my current health and medications. The eye test, including the ocular temography, were swiftly administered and time given to explain and show results.

I was a little stressed and worried as my route to my apt took longer than expected so I called to apologise that i would be slightly late. The receptionist (Michelle) was really lovely and at once put my nerves to rest. Happened once before and the receptionist was not very pleasant.

The optician was very thorough and professional.

Excellent friendly service, very helpful and efficient.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, repaired both pairs of my glasses including 1 pair that had been rejected by another opticians as unrepairable

Highly recommend you see these guys for anything glasses related you need!!!

The Welcome and hospitality from the front of house staff. The stylish Cup &Saucer and delicious coffee, and lovely Annie the Optician, who took such time and consideration during my examination. I have yet to collect my glasses but feel sure all will be well. Thank you all so much!

I have enjoyed chousing to go to Woodfall for fifteen years. The staff are a delight and couldn't be more helpful or considerate! There choice of frames is fantastic, but if you venture to the Crystal Palace branch There are more flamboyant frames and colours available.

Warm, friendly and informative. Not pushy like some opticians who direct you straight to the new frames when your eye test is over.

Annie is amazing, during the eye test she discovered there was an issue with my eye and immediately directed me towards eye drops and antibiotic and followed up with two further appointments to keep a check on the condition. When the symptoms came back she welcomed me back and referred me to the local hospital, calling first to check I would be seen on the day. She went above and beyond what would be a normal eye test. The team that man the front desk are brilliant too, up beat and professional. The only opticians I would ever go to now and trust
