Delivery has been rescheduled twice so far. Driver blatantly lied saying delivery was attempted. I was home all day and no one ever called or showed up. Just a notice that a delivery was attempted and will have to be rescheduled. Worst delivery company out there.

Great experience! The team gave 30- minute notice prior to delivery and were on time, courteous, professional and very friendly. No wasted movements, all cabinets were in my garage in approximately 15 minutes. I’m very appreciative of the phenomenal service.

They do not do what is promised. I was scheduled for delivery and installation on 5/20. Item came but delivery persons were not qualified to install. Rescheduled for 5/27 and waited all day to get message they were not coming . VERY POOR SERVICE THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO

Delivery Team provided me with two advanced notices prior to their arrival allowing us to have access to staging area prepared for their arrival. The two-person team wasted little time unloading all 39 boxes and placing in our home with care not to damage the cabinets or the interior of our home. Most importantly, they were courteous throughout the entire process.

Great communication on the order status. The drivers were very courteous and professional. They handled the boxes with care. Keep up the good work!

Delivery service was polite and helpful. I needed my cabinets stacked on one side of my garage and they assisted with that, to be sure we still had room for a car.

Could not be a worse delivery company. After confirming they had my correct address, they shipped my bed and dresser to the wrong city and will take a week for them to deliver a replacement (it was supposed to be 5 days, but they extended just to really show how bad they are). It will take even longer for them to retrieve the old packages from the wrong address. I just moved so I guess I'll be sleeping on the floor until then.

If I ever see a product online that is delivered by them, I refuse to buy it.

I am an Amazon seller who has now been waiting for RXO to deliver my items 10 days after collection from my manufacturer. The journey time is only 4 hours, but still i am waiting for delivery. I relied on RXO to deliver my items promptly but instead have been left with no inventory and multiple days of lost sales. The issue still hasnt been resolved. Really damaging to my business.

Item was ordered from Amazon (55" commercial monitor) and it was set to be delivered on 5/21. Shipper received my package, we are both in Ohio, and on 5/21 sent me an email saying delivery would be in 3-4 weeks. They are literally in possession of the item, will not deliver it until weeks from now, and are less than 150 miles from here. We go into production on June 4 and I am going to be down a control room monitor due to these amateurs failing to deliver. I have blacklisted this company and I suggest you do the same. A delivery company that cannot deliver should be put down like a rabid dog.

The driver was very professional and courteous. The issue i have is that my delivery time was originally between 2:30-6:30 pm cst. The driver did call ahead to see if he could deliver it earlier, which i agreed to (only because I was home , because i decided last night, to NOT go into work today). Had i gone into work, then this would not have been possible. My issues have been with your offices scheduling/handling of the drivers, and i will be letting Menards know this.

The delivery men were so nice, and absolutely great! Although I was their last delivery, and they must’ve been exhausted, they were professional, friendly and courteous.

The order was complete, and nothing was damaged.
