Your delivery driver was amazing! It is the only good thing I have to say about this experience so far. Your company is awful. Having worked for a logistics company before I cannot believe what a nightmare trying to get a hold of somebody to help me has been. You need to do better. (and give your delivery driver a raise)

On time as scheduled. The delivery people were very professional and friendly and the delivery was smooth and complete. All look to be in good condition.

The 2 Gentlemen that delivered our kitchen cabinets / material were on time, very courteous. I asked for assistance with taking inventory to confirm fulfillment of all items and they assisted and were very patient throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. The items were delivered to our Condo with care.

The two men that unloaded the truck and placed all items in the garage were very courteous, and they arranged items to be able to fit one car back into garage per my request.

I was very pleased with the communication from this company. I first received a message that my order was shipped while I was vacationing in Florida. I was concerned that it would be delivered before I returned home, so I called their office. They confirmed the delivery date was after I returned home. The day before delivery, I received a text that my order was to be delivered the next day. The day of delivery I received a text in the morning giving me a 4 hour window for my delivery. Later that afternoon I received a text that I was next for delivery along with a link to a map showing me where the delivery truck was. When the delivery arrived the driver was very friendly and placed all my packages where I needed them. Overall great experience!!

Movers called me half hr before arrival & when corner cabinet couldn't fit thru my door, they set it up in my packed garage, to ensure I could still get my car in. They were so courteous and did a really great job. Thanks so much for such great cabinets and an excellent team to deliver them!

So polite and accommodating when they placed the courtesy update call. Upon delivery he did exactly as requested and provided a delivery picture.

I ordered a TV. On Thursday it said out for delivery.never showed.Friday same thing.So I called and they told me it. Was on hold but not why. So I called Amazon and talked to people and after dealing with different people for a while I got hung up on. Finally I was told it would be delivered by the end of day. Still did not happen. She said she would make sure to have them get it out quickly and get it scheduled quickly on Monday. Find out in Monday it could no get here til Saturday. Which I would not be around for the weekend. It is literally in the town next to me but I could not go pick it up. What a total crapfest. So I just canceled the order. I am not happy with Amazon or RXO. Dont order big items through Amazon

Excellent communication following up text messages with an actual phone to tell me they were in the way.

The guys were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk my through each carton to ensure everything was there per the manifest.

We’re very careful and did an excellent job

Damaged product, late delivery, missing items, wrong item, and rude delivery people after I pointed out the damage. They made Lowe's look really bad. Now I have to deal with getting a refund and finding new doors, as well as the wait time without doors. Very dissatisfied. I will make sure these people never deliver anything to me again. Hopefully Lowe's and home Depot quit using them.
