Incredible Delivery workers!
Travis and Dwyane were so nice! So professional. They took the utmost care bringing our cabinets in and being more careful with the floors than we even are. 10/10 They treated our house and boxes like they were their own. Super impressed.

Two refrigerators one poor shipper
From start to finish it the service was poor. no time frames had to call to get est. on time. no precall on delivery, false claim no one home at next delivery not delivered. unprofessional people on phone, gave four numbers to call before someone helped. WOULD NEVER recommend THEM TO ANYONE. Had many delivers from Lowes without problems RXO is a poor company!!

STAY AWAY FROM RXO IF YOU CAN!
We have not a had a positive experience with RXO. Statistically you think that as many times we've had to use them with our Ikea orders they would get something right. They haven't. This is the latest issue which has caused me to write this review.
Ordered Ikea furniture and it should have already been delivered.
1st attempt - Scheduled for Monday 4/20. They delivered outside of business hours despite informing them via Ikea. They had to reschedule. I spoke with Ikea they reschedule for 4/23. I saw it on my order and when I selected track my shipment to verify
2nd attempt - waiting for delivery today and it doesn't arrive. I check my Ikea and its says its on the way. I select track my order which takes me the the RXO site and it says needs scheduling.
So I call the RXO number - they tell me it was never scheduled and despite me telling them I saw that it was and Ikea verified the date as well. I ask them to schedule and deliver it today or tomorrow morning. They tell me I can't that I have to call Ikea back.
So I am back on the phone with Ikea and all their notes say it was on its way too and the do not know why its not delivered. Ikea calls RXO and have it scheduled for Monday, April 27th now. I have paid to have installers onsite all day waiting for a delivery that was verified.
I'd like to say I'm surprised that this happens, but given the history of errors, missed shipments, incorrect items, showing up not being able to move the items (I've been asked to unload the truck) and overall poor customer service I am not.
STAY AWAY FROM RXO IF YOU CAN! If RXO uses a franchise model and these are independent contractors they are giving them a horrible reputation.
4/24 - Edit. After telling me the Ikea agent and giving us the confirmation it would be delivered on Monday it was delivered this morning. We still have another part of the shipment scheduled for Monday so hopefully there is no issue with that one.

I do not recommend RXO! My package sat at the smyrna, TN facility from 4/6 to 4/13 (delivery day) with no updates. Then on 13th-after me calling and complaining-it updated to delayed in transit. The rest of the updates are as follows:
14th 5:59am delivery rescheduled
5:59am delivery scheduled
5:59am package arrived at carrier facility.
15th 6:30am delivery scheduled
6:30am delivery rescheduled.
17th 2:01pm delivery scheduled
2:01pm delivery rescheduled.
2:01pm delivery scheduled.
2:13pm carrier unable to contact recipient. (Which they never tried to do)

All of this was done without them EVER contacting me. The multiple entries during a 1 minute time frame seems suspicious. Delivery was scheduled, rescheduled and scheduled again all during the same minute (2:01pm) Then 12 min later it says carrier couldn't contact recipient and then rescheduled again. I called day after day to get answers and at one point I was told they didn't know where my package was and that they'd have to investigate and get back to me. Once i was told there was a hold on it. The last update said it would be delivered on 4/27. At this point I'm convinced that my package, that I ordered back in March,(Which was a swing set for my grandsons first birthday) is never coming and contacted amazon and got a refund. I will be refusing delivery if there ever is one. If i could give negative stars I would! Everything about my experience with RXO was very unprofessional-id go as far as to call it sketchy. something is definitely up with the smyrna facility-as this is where all the problems started/getting the runaround. If i were the owner of the company i would definitely do some investigating.

The cabinets were Delivered professionally!
The cabinets were delivered professionally. The men were very pleasant and courteous and placed the boxes exactly where I wanted them. I was very happy with their delivery and would recommend them.

I am writing to formally address the discriminatory remarks made by your representative during my recent interaction with your company. These comments were unacceptable and have had a significant impact on me. I wish to clarify that receiving the product I purchased does not constitute compensation for the incident.
Furthermore, I am disappointed by the lack of a timely and appropriate response, as well as the absence of information regarding how the company intends to address this matter. I expect a resolution that includes suitable compensation in recognition of the seriousness of the comments and their effect. I trust you will treat this issue with the urgency and respect it deserves. As to date no name or number of the person making these comments have been provided to me. It is not sufficient to make a call stating, "that behaviour is not tolerated" . I do hope RXO takes this more seriously.

I am still waiting for my product
I am still waiting for my product. It was to be delivered on Wednesday 4/15. I received notification that it was rescheduled for delivery on Saturday, 4/18. Now I have received a new delivery date of Sunday, 4/19. This is absolutely ridiculous!! The product has been sitting in a location 2hr 30min away for the past 8 days! If it finally shows up tomorrow and is damaged...I am going to be even more upset. I had never even heard of this delivery service until I ordered this product, and that is how it was shipped (nothing I chose). I would never want a product delivered by them EVER again! Horrible!

I liked that the morning of the delivery I was given updates and they arrived earlier than expected! The delivery drivers were very nice and helpful. They made sure that I checked my part numbers with what was delivered and helped me find the part numbers on the box. Really nice!

Worst delivery service
First delivery date was march 31 but they informed me a day before delivery date that they couldn't deliver on the march 31 due to over booked. They rescheduled delivery to april 14 estimated time 3pm to 7pm but it gets delayed every hour at the and of the day they didn't delivered the item.
