Donald was very Professional and Kind to take care of all of our Cartons. He was Very Nice and Courteous.

They were professional and made sure everything got everything unloaded quickly.

The delivery guys were on time and kept me abreast of their arrival status. They were courteous and professional and respectful of our property.

I received texts stating my item would be delivered between 2-5 on a specific date. On that date I received a text in the morning stating the same and they would alert us 30 minutes ahead of time. I contacted customer service to see if we needed to be home and they said someone over 18 needed to be there. Around 11 o'clock an alert from Amazon came in saying delivery was attempted, we were not alerted. Received another text later that day stating a delivery window of 2:22 and 3:52. My husband left work early, missing out on overtime pay. The item was dropped off in our driveway with no contact made. Why would they state we had to be there and they left it anyway?

Very courteous, professional, and on time. Also provided a 30 minute timeframe of when they would arrive. Thank you.

Arrived within texted window. Did not get a 30 minute out call. Driver and assistant were not very communicative. They were very much job oriented and were professional throughout. Not sure who loaded the truck but it was very sloppy and several containers displayed external damage

Timing on the day of delivery was delayed but it worked out perfectly and the delivery guys were fantastic. Thanks

The delivery team was quick, efficient, and very professional.

First the shipment was 2 days late. We were told by the Amazon supplier that the shipper would call to let us know when they would deliver the item and we were supposed to sign for the it. RXO never called and didnt even bother to ring the door bell. It was just left on the driveway. The box was damaged and they left it on a steel pallet. I called them to ask when they would pick up the pallet I was told that they dont pick up pallets and its our responsibility to get rid of it. So now 2 eldery people need to try and figure out how to get rid of it.

The 2 delivery personnel were extremely polite and courteous. They also kept me informed every step of the way and they were friendly and prompt and used caution with my cabinets as well as my home. A great experience from beginning to end.

The customer service went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I didn’t accommodate enough space in my garage and I broke my foot. The delivery man help me clear out more space in my garage to fit my delivery. The communicated accurate timelines and were incredibly kind and courteous.

The delivery went smoothly. Both of the delivery personnel where polite and courteous. Explained how to check and report any damage. There was nothing to report thankful. One complaint would be that it's virtually impossible to call. Love the cabinets, thanks.
