Very attentive and knowledgeable
Very attentive and knowledgeable, the process of reclaiming our R&D credits etc was more or less painless (unless you find the digging out of information tedious, which I do - but it's worth it!) Good people and I'm glad we were introduced to them.

Catax contacted Barnes Walker (myself)…
Catax contacted Barnes Walker (myself) and it took a long time for myself to engage in the process, me thinking that this was a cold call and nothing would come of it. However the Catax callers persisted in a very good way, and we got to the point where I understood what was on offer. It still took along time for me to make the time commitment to engage properly with one of the excellent 'project reviewers' as I was still not fully committed to the process. We eventually did talk about our projects and yes there were a couple that qualified.
The actual assessment process was conducted very professionally by the Catax team and we were able to make a successful claim.
At all times the Catax team were very helpful and patient taking me a through a process I had no feel for.

CATAX are unbelievably patient with me as a client, who, is dreadfully last minute with everything I do! They are always professional and over the course of the last few years have saved us thousands in R&D and Patent box claims. I would highly recommend you contact them if there is a slightest chance of getting something back from HMRC.

Overall a very good service from all at Catax. There was a slight issue at the 11th hour with an incorrect costing calculation which did cause delays to payout however we have now received the funds and are in the process of the 2020 claim with Catax's assistance.
