Safeguard Pest Control Avis 

I've been using Safeguard pest control for a few years now and they are always punctual, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Joe, today went above and beyond to treat my ant problem. He gave me some very useful information and was super helpful. I recommend this company to anyone looking at getting pest control done.

Both Davids were great when they came out to investigate and complete the treatment, excellent work to fix a problem early, before turning into a bigger one. Highly recommend using these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! NEGLIGENT

The branch dealing in Kent are completely awful. They are terrible, they have led my vulnerable OAP mother into a worse rodent situation than when she first contacted them 2 months ago.

We used this company because they used to be a family owned local business, but ownership has changed and there is a complete lack of integrity, knowledge, and moral code within this business now.

I am completely sickened by how they have treated my mother and put her property in an even more vulnerable situation than she started with.

It is not until we have had these awful events that we investigated- they say they are members of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) but they have not undertaken any of the checks / procedures that are advised !!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

I was previously a Pro Active Pest Control customer however since Safeguard have procured the business I have had the pleasure of Garry servicing a number of units for both termite inspection and pest control over the past year. What an absolute pleasure both he and Kirsty in the office are to deal with.
