They have been looking after my Pest Control for years.
They have been looking after my Pest Control at my recycling depot for years and I never have any issues with Roaches or Rodents. Its a tough job for them but they stay on top of it with ease. Tracy is our tech and he is extremely particular. I can not recommend Safeguard enough.

Safeguard. My new Pest Controllers
Safeguard has recently bought the previous Pest Control company I had been using. What an awesome company Safeguard are. From Alana in the office(who by the way is a Qualified Pest Control Technician) to the one and only Tracy(my technician). What Tracy doesn't know about Pest Control is not worth knowing. He really knows his job inside and out and has been in the business for over 20 years. I feel very confident with this company. Keep up the great work guys and gals. AWESOME!!!!

Termite Inspection
I was advised the cost of a termite inspection at the time of booking and got an appointment for two days later. Tracy was friendly and thorough with his inspection and took time to explain all I needed to know, which was extremely helpful. A full, comprehensive and professional report was emailed to me immediately following the inspection. An excellent service thank you. I will definitely use this company again.

Termite infestation addressed promptly
Safeguard were requested to investigate a termite infestation in our home. Response was prompt and an inspection was completed. The service man was thorough and courteous. The recommended treatment was completed on the day and time agreed, and was fully explained to us. Only time will tell how effective the treatment will be but we are confident of a successful outcome

Brilliant team
From the first contact with the team from Safeguard, they were incredibly friendly, polite, up front and honest with everything. Even on the free quotation stage - the team were more thorough than the pre purchase inspector (we paid for) for the house - highlighting things that he had missed.
The technician, Luke, who installed our termite barrier was very friendly - and thorough in his work. Explained everything as necessary and diligent to clean up everywhere that he’d worked.
Very highly recommended operation.

Since building our house in late 2019…
Since building our house in late 2019 we have used Safeguard Pest Control. I love the fact they send us reminders for when our home is due for an inspection for termites or for pests especially when we are busy with a new baby. We also love that it is a small family business and really easy to communicate with and even have a laugh while they're working.
