What a great service
What a great service! Cannot believe how fast and efficient the transaction was. Phone was sent in to them in the swiftly provided sturdy packaging, and when they received it the next day, I was paid the same day. I was kept up to date and felt secure throughout. Would definitely use this company again. Thanks guys 👍🏼

Bad information and bad customer service!
They did not disclose that package was only insured for £150 and they claim it came as an empty packet! From the video, you can see it had been opened!!

We are surpised by this review as your device was lost in transit before it arrived to us. We provided you with the dated and timed video where you can clearly see the device was not packaged correctly in a plain loose envelope and was empty inside.
We have since contacted you to start a Royal Mail claim to recoup your losses however since you have yet to provide the correct documentation to do so, this this still waiting to be set up.
In regards to our Tracked 24 Labels, all customers are made aware of this beforehand. If your are posting a high value device, we always advise it is done so securely with proper packaging and on a Special Delivery service insuring the full value is covered.
We can not help what has happened before it reaches us however we are trying to do what we can to help.
As we mentioned, please send the documents to support@salaphones.co.uk to get the claim started.

Top service! Genuinely impressed.
Top service. Offered the best price online, packaging was received quickly and the inspection was done the next day. It was approved within a few hours and money received the next day. They was great
They was great, had an issue with payment, but the issue was found quickly and the money was sent over quickly!
Not sure who I was emailing but they was very helpful and seemed to try and resolve the issue quickly so I could get the funds.
Would highly recommend :-)
