Terroir Chocolate Avis 

I got my first box of assorted truffles as a gift for my partner (knowing that I would also get to try them) whilst devouring the box we both agreed that these literally the best chocolates we have ever eaten.... And I can assure you we have tried plenty of chocolates from plenty of places. Now on our third box.

My daughters bought me some of these chocolates for my birthday and just one word is all that’s needed “wow”!!!

Firstly the ladies in the Beverley shop are lovely. Their individual attention to providing a quality product to finishing with the wrapping is highly commendable.

Now onto the chocolates …… the chocolate is so thin so you can taste the filling which is the star of the show. I had the strawberry cheesecake, oh my the strawberry was so fresh, no synthetic taste, it was like eating an actual strawberry. The mint one tastes of fresh mint, delicious. The passion fruit even now makes my mouth water at the taste.

There is a good selection of flavours, depending of your taste. You can buy individually or there are boxed selections available.

This is a wonderful chocolate shop and definitely worth a visit.

Simply put, delicious chocolate! Bought as a surprise easter egg for my wife, I also got a few other bits to try. Everything was excellent! Would absolutely buy again.

Specifically I got the:
- Pistachio Gianduja Crunchy & Maldon Sea Salted Caramel,
-"Dubai" Pistachio Flat Easter Egg
- Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bar
- Crunchy Milk Chocolate (with Pailleté Feuilletine) (which turned out to be my favourite!)

I had the absolute pleasure of trying the best Easter egg I’ve ever eaten from Salt & Sugar Art Chocolate! I chose the pistachio and caramel Easter egg, and it completely blew me away. You can immediately tell they use real pistachios and none of that artificial paste you often find elsewhere. The authentic pistachio flavour shines through beautifully, and when combined with the rich caramel, it’s simply spot on!
The quality is outstanding — clearly a high-level product crafted with care. I honestly can’t wait for next Easter to get my hands on another one (hopefully they will repeat this flavour?)

I also tried the strawberry and vanilla Easter egg, and it was super nice too. The vanilla they use is real vanilla and not artificial essence. You can truly taste the difference! It gives the egg a fresh, natural flavour that pairs perfectly with the strawberry.

Highly recommend Salt & Sugar Art Chocolate to anyone looking for truly special, artisanal chocolate treats, the kind you simply can’t find anywhere else.

Was meant to be next day delivery but ended up being a week delivery
Chocolate was decent but not the price they charge decent, not even worth half the price if I'm honest, the dubai pistachio egg was literally the worst dubai chocolate I ever tasted, I do not recommend spending 50 quid buying it stick to a cadbury crunchie egg for 10 quid and enjoy it more, nothing like the pictures on the website was hard and nothing dubai crunchy and oozing with caramel like shown.
The chocolate truffle again way overpriced and not that good for the money, the pistachio truffle again was terrible, who uses dark chocolate with dubai it was worse than the egg, much dissappointment experienced at such high cost avoid this place

We recently ordered a selection of chocolate truffles and Easter eggs, and honestly—it was pure magic from start to finish. My whole family, including our 4-year-old, absolutely loved everything. We couldn’t even pick a favorite because each treat was incredible in its own way.

The mango and passion fruit egg stood out as a showstopper—the balance between sweet and sour was just perfect. We also got the dark chocolate dulce de leche egg, and it was rich, decadent, and downright delicious.

But what truly melted our hearts was the personal touch. The owner, Mayara, knew our order included Easter eggs for little girls and included a handwritten letter from the Easter Bunny. I can’t even describe the joy on my daughters’ faces! Honestly, I’m still not sure what they loved more—the chocolates or that letter. It made the whole experience feel so thoughtful and magical. Thank you for that.

Beyond the amazing taste and stunning presentation, we were so impressed with the packing and shipping. This was an international delivery to the U.S., and everything arrived perfectly. The Easter egg boxes were not only sturdy but beautifully designed as well.

We loved everything—from the flavors to the details to the joy it brought to our family. Can’t wait to order again!

Absolutely delicious mango and passion fruit dark chocolate Easter egg. The mango and passion fruit cream sandwiched between layers of thick, perfect dark chocolate was an incredible combination. I’ll definitely buy another next Easter!

Lovely unusual Easter egg - pistachio and salted caramel ! Gift for my partner and she loved. The egg came beautifully packaged and boxed.

First visit to the shop in Beverley and delighted with my choice; absolutely beautiful chocolates, very delicate and full of flavour. Obviously made with a huge amount of skill and care. Would recommend for a special gift or just a wonderful indulgence.

If your order goes to plan, I'm sure you'll be fine.

If it doesn't and you expect some help or customer service, expect a rude and vile attitude.

I placed a couple of orders and needed to cancel, so asked for a refund, as the items hadn't even been sent. They agreed but withheld some of the money because apparently, one of their MANY policies that they have scattered around the site, says that they can do that.

When I queried this (took prompting to get a reponse), the owner sent a pretty patronising and sarcastic reply. I've never had such obnoxious treatment from a company. It was just downright rude.

Be careful when ordering from this site, as they appear to have some seriously dodgy processes in terms of their multiple policy pages all over the site.

There are plenty of other companies in the UK that sell a similar product. I'd avoid this one.

Edit: check out the arrogance of the seller's reply and ask yourself whether you'd like to deal with someone like that. And yes, all for £6. It's the principle when dealing with companies which are practically thieves. Thanks to the seller for such a lengthy message. I appreciate the time taken greatly.

Ordered the caramel toffee and feuilletine chocolate egg for Easter. Delivered on time and was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. If you want an extra special egg for Easter this is the place to get it! 10/10 and would order again.
