Terroir Chocolate Avis 

I brought this for a Christmas present 🎁 unfortunately I have wrapped it up already and don't know what it tastes like but when they taste it I can give you a better idea sorry

Lovely product, fast delivery too. A bit of feedback though, the product could do with cellophane over the top of the chocolates whilst in transit because they were all mixed up when receiving them. Other than that, fabulous.

This is not my first time ordering from Salt & Sugar Art Chocolate.

The Green one as gift for my cusion birthday as she is living in UK and my cusion really liked it .
The packaging is really perfect , attention to details and the variety of flavors.
The freedom to choose also from what you love the most is a plus.
As my cusion said these Chocolate are visually amazing and it's hard hard to choose what to eat first .
I am really Grateful for Salt and Sugar for making my cusion birthday .

These chocolates are simply just amazing. The shell is thin with the snap that you crave. Flavors just pop with flavor. It’s a must buy for everyone.

I recently placed an order that included truffles, bars, bon bons, and a pre-ordered advent calendar. While the chocolates were visually appealing, I found the flavors inconsistent. The truffles were standard, the bon bons lacked balance, and some flavors, like the cherry truffles, were underwhelming.

The bon bons box was beautifully presented but lacked an intuitive way to identify the chocolates inside, which made it harder to enjoy them fully. I also noticed the box did not include detailed ingredient information, which could be helpful for customers with dietary requirements.

There was some confusion with my order, as the advent calendar was listed as a preorder, while other items seemed marked for immediate dispatch. My invoice indicated 24-hour Royal Mail for the non-calendar items, so I was surprised when everything was delayed. When I inquired, I was directed to the FAQ section for clarification, which felt unintuitive and could have been better communicated upfront.

While the chocolates were visually appealing, I feel improvements in flavor consistency, product guides, and clearer communication, along with better customer would enhance the customer experience.

After receiving the owner’s response, I appreciate the acknowledgment to part of my review. However, key issues remain unresolved, particularly around product information and communication. While I understand their perspective, I believe greater attention to transparency and customer feedback is needed to ensure a truly 'exceptional' experience.

I would encourage the business to view customer feedback as an opportunity for growth and improvement. However, it can be challenging to feel that this is a receptive process when responses come across as defensive.

We bought a bag of chocolates on Saturday when we were in Beverley. They were excellent, possibly the best chocolate that I've had. Quite pricey but you really do get what you pay for and we will definitely visit the shop regularly. Tried a complimentary lemon verbena chocolate which was fab too and the Christmas boxes look lovely.

Beautifully displayed chocolates in a lovely shop. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant to deal with - we shall definitely be back for more! We chose four different chocolates and all were delicious.

Incredible chocolates, gorgeous packing and quick delivery. Since my first box I’ve ordered two more and will be buying them for everyone at Christmas.

The second time I’ve bought these chocolates and they are amazing.
We took them to the Lake District as it was our wedding anniversary and they were still perfectly intact, after about 6 hours of hiking!

Wow, the best chocolates I've ever had. I only had the white chocolate truffles, because the cocoa mass in milk & dark makes me ill. I went to the shop last bank holiday, there was a really good range of different chocolate types and flavours. The chocolates are really bright, colourful and artistic. The chocolate casing is cast incredibly thin. The flavours & textures were incredible. I can't believe we have this incredible chocolaterie in Barton. I hope they're open this bank holiday too.

Exceptionally fast delivery and the most delicious chocolate I have ever tasted!

Had to use qr code for chocolate flavour. Ruins the special part of looking at flavours of the chocolates. Partner had to go look for her phone the moment was ruined. Chocolates looked amazing and she loved the flavours.
