Jordan kept in contact and made sure we got my measurements perfect and when the suit came in it was way better than I thought it would be. The material is very comfortable and nice, and the fit was absolutely perfect which I was worried about when I ordered a custom suit online. Definitely getting another suit for my wedding from here.

The fabric used is better than I expected. Fit was 90% accurate with only minor tailor adjustments needed. Reimbursement for the tailoring fees were applied promptly. Customer Service is excellent. Response time was less than 24 hrs. Some responses were under a hour. Definitely will be buying another suit from Sartoro again.

Tailoring was perfect, quick and looked great! Even when I made a mistake in the order they happily fixed it. My groomsman and I looked great at my wedding and would recommend Sartoro in an instant in the future.

I’ve purchased suits before and these are the best-fitting suits I’ve ever owned. I had two custom-made suits and you could tell they were made for me. The shoulders fit perfectly. They had a nice taper at the waist. And the pant legs were clearly made to my legs. It was clearly not too big nor too small. I also messed up and ordered the wrong vent option and they fixed it easily with no issue. My ONLY feedback would be to provide suit hangers with the suits. I'd rather have the hangers than the garment bag. I'd also love to see stretch material (maybe you have it and I just missed it), but stretch seems to be the new trend I'd like to try. Overall I'm satisfied and would purchase again.

I was in a time crunch to get a specific pair of pants ordered and I reached out to Sartoro customer service to see if I could expedite my order and Tessa was very responsive and helpful!

I decided to leave a review as many may be skeptical about buying a suit online. Especially if you are like me and a difficult fit (former bodybuilder), and everything I have purchased in the past had to be custom-tailored.

I have actually made three purchases from Sartoro. I bought two pea coats last year, and they were fantastic. I got so many comments on how nice the coats were and at less than half the cost of the other ones I looked at. When I got my jacket, the fit was perfect.

I bought a suit this month, and despite taking my measurements twice, it just didn't fit right on me -- again, my proportions could be more precise. I reached out to Sartoro at 9 p.m., and I had a response from them by 11 p.m. I was surprised by this as it usually takes 48 hours for most places to contact me back.

Not only did Tessa contact me within two hours of my initial inquiry, but by midnight, the new suit was already being processed in their system.

One other point I would like to add is that I only have ten days until a wedding I was going to wear the suit to, so I was sure it was not going to arrive in time, but Tessa put the order in for RUSH production and delivery, and I should have it in just a few days.

The thing I love most about Sartoro is its custom suits with an intimate experience. Tessa and I developed a relationship through the correction process and it felt like I had a tailor in my living room. helping me get things right.

At first I was a bit skeptical if they would be able to make a perfectly fitting suit without seeing a tailor in person.

But thankfully I got surprised and everything was just perfect.

The quality of their fabrics is amazing, and I will be placing my third order soon. This time I'm going to buy some shirts for work, and I'm already pretty confident that they will be as good as I expect.

Initially, I was skeptical. Pants didn't fit right, and I had to have them tailored. Shirts, vests, and jackets seemed to fit very well. I ended up buying a bunch of shirts, but was hesitant about buying other pants. However, I met with Andy on a 1-to-1 consultation, and he was able to make substantial adjustments and immediately had new pants made and sent to me. They fit great, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and especially a 1-to-1 consultation if the fit isn't perfect.

I'm definitely no expert on fashion or fit, but I've had a few fully custom suits made which cost more than $6k each from private tailors, so I have at least some experience in the field. In comparison, Sartoro prices are very reasonable, the clothes fit nicely, and surprisingly - it's faster than the private custom tailor.

I love my custom suit from Sartoro, the color is perfect and ordering is simple! My suit needed a couple of small alterations to make it fit perfectly and the Sartoro team was easy to work with. They helped me dial in exactly what alterations I needed and covered the alteration cost. It fits great and looks great!

As a groomsman for my friend's wedding, wasn't sure what to expect when he told me we'd be outfitted online. Can say confidently that the overall experience, quality and fit all exceeded expectations.

After doing some of my own measurements, I created the fit profile. Their system makes it easy but also gives you enough details to make an informed decision on what type of fit/style you're looking for. Really glad I added a custom liner to my suit jacket, it makes it feel truly custom.

Ordering was quite easy and my suit arrived in just a few days, much faster than I'd expected. The quality of the suit is great. I needed to alter the pants slightly, so took them to a local dry cleaner for alterations. Even though I'd missed the alteration reimbursement window, they still gave me store credit for the work that needed to be done, which is a nice touch. Great service and definitely would consider ordering from them again

This is my second time using Sartoro to be suited as a groomsman in a wedding party.

The custom suit is high quality and a good modern fit for a reasonable price. The whole process from submitting the order to showing up at my door took around 2 weeks.

I needed minor alterations this time around due to a measurement error on my part but was able to get it sorted out locally and promptly got a response and refunded for the cost from Tessa via Sartoro's Support Team.

Overall, this is another satisfactory experience and I would be happy to deal with Sartoro again in the future.

I used Sartoro to outfit myself and my groomsmen for my wedding, and the entire experience was fantastic! At a high level we selected fabric swatches to receive samples of, chose a fabric, then received a discount code for all the suits (as we were a group). Andy was my POC, and was a friendly, helpful, and responsive resource throughout the whole experience.

My groomsmen just needed to provide simple measurements and front/profile/back photos, punch in the discount code, and they received custom-fit suits that looked great within a few weeks. I was even able to chip in a couple bucks to help subsidize the groomsmen's suits further as a bit of a gift, and it was as simple as shooting Andy an email, paying like any other e-commerce order, and the guys using their discount codes.

Overall, highly recommended!

I just want to say wow! Not only did I receive my suit very quickly but the fit is amazing! The jacket is just the right size the shoulders fit great and you get plenty of movement. The vest is amazing nice and snug just the way I like it with plenty of room for adjustment. The pants fit really well in the waste and look amazing. I am going to get them tapered a bit more in the legs but that's because I have really small caves nothing to do with the fit or the quality of the suit. Not to talk about the quality of the suit! Hands down the best suit I own to this day!!!! The fabric is so incredible comfortable and move very well with you. But the look is the most amazing part about this suit. When you see it in person words are really hard to explain just how amazing it looks on. Definitely recommend this company!!!!

Ordering a Sartoro suit was as easy as advertised! Once we put in the measurements, the suit was made and shipped out quickly. It fit really well and looked like a true custom suit. I will definitely be using Sartoro in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a custom fit.
