Incredible service. Incredible suits. I just ordered my third suit from Sartoro. My first was a deep blue vest and matching pants. I don't think I've ever felt more comfortable being dressed up, and I wear a suit every week. I ordered a full navy three-piece soon after and yeah, they nailed that, too.
Shipping is quick. I received my first suit in 3 weeks- incredible for a made-to-order outfit.
Their customer service is outstanding. I asked for a few custom details to be added that weren't offered through their otherwise excellent online customizer tool. I received a personal email from them within a day to confirm.
I'm greatly looking forward to seeing their handiwork this time around.

These suits are awesome. Went through some of the guides for fit and ordered two suits. Fit perfect, feel really nice. Feels like a $1000 or more fitted suit.

I worked with Jordan on ordering a suit for my fiancé and he was amazing! We loved the virtual sizing tool and were both so impressed with how the suit turned out. It fit perfectly and the quality was amazing! We couldn't recommend Sartoro more!

I ordered a tuxedo, shirt and custom bow ties for my wedding this past weekend and can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Everything fit so well and looked incredible, plus they covered the cost for minor alterations I needed. Andy and his team are incredible, and could not recommend them more highly.

I customer service coming from this company is absolutely phenomenal! My fiancé created a suit for our wedding day! At the time we bough created accounts, and I was price comparing, and the wrong pants were ordered. Sartoro let us keep the mistake size and sent us a new pair, free of charge. They also worked with us when we forgot to order a tie to expedite shipping at a lower rate. They do a GREAT job of answering quickly, and are so personable! We're been recommending them to all of our engaged friends. Totally worth it.

This is my first time ordering from Sartoro. I found the company through a recommendation by a YouTube channel called the Gentleman's Gazette. As a first experience, I am very happy with the way my suit turned out. I ordered the Waverly Prince of Wales Midnight Blue double breasted suit, and after minor alterations that should be expected when ordering a custom garmet online, it feels great to wear. It had some small inaccuracies in fit, but as a general rule, no custom clothing will fit perfectly on the first fitting, so this is not their fault. They were easy to communicate with about reimbursing me for the alterations, and they even went above their normal policy of up to $80 for a three piece suit by offering me $100 of reimbursement for a special circumstance I experienced with my tailor. Tessa was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating with her communication as well. I even received correspondence on a Saturday, which is a non-business day. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Sartoro, and I look forward to ordering from them again!

Don't buy from these people. They are incredibly condescending and won't take responsibility for their mistakes.

I was forced to use their services after my soon to be brother in law wanted to use them for the wedding. It started off promising and I'm always happy and attempting to support small when I can, but if you have an important event, do not trust them with your attire.

Their site asked me to fill out what I knew and they'll do their best to make a suit that fits. I send in the information and get an update from their customer service that there was an issue and they need me to send it again. Sent again, another issue. Sent a third time, they received it and sent me my first suit.

The first suit barely fit me at all. I'm a bigger guy, 6 foot around 240, and this was literally meant for someone half my size. What to do in this amazing circumstance? They make you take embarrassing pictures of yourself in ill fitting clothing just to "prove" it doesn't fit.

I then received a second suit that literally fit the exact same way as the first (which was confirmed by the owner himself, literally no changes were made between suits)! I was so frustrated as now I have a second package to take to USPS and no suit for my upcoming event. I shared my dissatisfaction with this expensive service with their customer service to which I got no response for several days.

I finally get the owner and when I share my dissatisfaction of how my experience was going, they constantly threw in my face that they were a small business and that this never happens and they want me to be happy. I completely understand that starting a business is tricky and difficult, but when you spend a ton of money on an important item for an important and time sensitive occasion, this is really unacceptable.

They also shared multiple personal facts about their business (like how their only tailor wasn't in to put the expert touch they so praisingly use on their website) to constantly make me feel like I was the bad guy for their site not working properly and not receiving product I was promised. I asked for a partial refund on my order, fully wanting to just cancel, but again I can't due to the wedding, and they replied with an offer of a free shirt. Hilarious.

I told them I didn't want more of their product than necessary and that since I now had to go out to an actual suit shop and get properly measured, their entire experience completely failed and I felt a partial refund was adequate compensation for my efforts.

They even tried to pin it back on me after I provided measurements from an actual suit shop, they said, "That's very different than your initial suit profile"! Yes! Because I used suggestions from YOUR site!

The owner continued to try and pin even more responsibility on me by saying that if I posted any bad reviews it'd hurt their business, clearly my fault. And promised that the third suit would fit perfectly.

Spoiler alert: it barely fits. But enough to go to a tailor and get it actually fitting well. The material feels really cheap and definitely not worth $500 dollars and all this stress and strife for a, "seemless online experience".

I also noticed they like to completely talk back on any negative posts, claiming innocents and that you "Shouldn't be like this customer" so you probably won't read it but I will be telling all my engaged friends, the BBB, and any review site I can find, as well as the bride and groom how terrible and expensive an experience I had with this company.

Don't be like this company.

I ordered a suit and a number of shirts from Sartoro recently. The suit fits really well and I love the fabric I chose. Only minor adjustments were needed from the first cut. The bamboo shirts I ordered are amazing. Super soft and feel great on. I'd strongly recommend the team at Sartoro. They are friendly, professional and super helpful based on my experience. They were also very knowledgeable about the best options to select for my garments.

I ordered a jacket and a number of other garments from Sartoro. The jacket fits like a glove and the fabric is exceptional. The Sartoro team is extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. The bamboo shirts I ordered are among the softest, best feeling shirt fabrics I've ever worn - they're great! I'd recommend the team at Sartoro and day, and with all my measurements in the system I can keep coming back for more!

I really enjoyed working with Sartoro! I ordered a custom suit and they were so helpful and not pushy at all. I’m typically really turned off to a company when they push too much so I was happy with that aspect. They were so helpful in guiding me with the right colors in relation to the colors I gave them. Absolutely 10/10 would recommend :)

My groomsmen and I had a great experience with Sartoro for my wedding. The quality of the suits was very good and we looked great in the wedding pictures. No complaints at all. The fitting process was good. We are all big guys so we knew the fitting process wasnt going to be simple, however they followed up with some simple additional measurement requests and all the suits fit well. They were slim fit but, still room to move. Also the delivery time was very good considering the suits are bespoke.

I hope to use Sartoro again soon! I wear the suit whenever I get a chance to.

Sartoro did an excellent job of fitting my oldest son's wedding party men (about 10 guys, I think), into very well fit, high quality suits at a very reasonable price. All three of my boys are in the wedding party. My youngest son (19) needed some adjustments made that exceeded the tailoring limits. Customer support was outstanding at handling this situation. Both Andy and Tessa were very prompt and professional at getting him into the correct suit. They truly cared that he got the fit he needed and that he loved wearing that suit. The other cool thing, was that they didn't let the tight suit go to waste. Andy told me that they will donate that suit to a person in need. I highly recommend Sartoro's products and services. I enjoy good clothing in general not just suits. I feel that clothes can make or ruin your day especially if they don’t fit or feel well. I am also very critical of clothing and its manufacture. I hate paying high prices for products that fail to live up to the prices I paid. I also have no trouble staying loyal to brands that live up to my expectations. Those brands are Brooks, Florsheim, Levi, Van Heusen to name a few. However, all of these brands are now milking their brands goodwill by supplying cheaper manufactured products at US pricing. It is like they think we don’t have standards or even worse memories.

I bought from Sartoro a Suit (navy twill), Sport coat (light blue), grey slacks and a white and medium blue shirt. I had to have the suit coat let out to the maximum recommended level but not the sport coat. That was the only issue with anything.

Here is a quick summary of the products to date:

Shirts: Both shirts have been washed about 6 times since purchase. They still feel like new with no shrinkage or button loss. We take my shirts out of dryer half dried then hung to finish drying. They look great.

Coats: I have lost some weight but they feel and look great. I am an old football player and my suit coats always “peak" at the chest when buttoned but neither one of these coats do this. They weight of the fabric feels like a fine suit and is comfortable in most weather. I like the weave of both coats and their linings. The sleeve length is perfect compared to my other suits. To protect my suits I normally don’t travel wearing a suit but a few times I have had to do this but this has not been a problem.

Trousers: My wife tells me that both pairs look like they are custom to me and very attractive. I am not a model type instead a large leg wider body. The trousers are comfortable and feel luxurious even after wearing them all day. I might make a change on my next pair to bring up the waist line a little.

I like your website but for the layman it can be intimidating to order. I am lucky because my wife is an accountant and a seamstress. She really made it easy for me to order online.

In closing I plan on buying my son a suit for his birthday this month and I will be offering him a Sartoro option.

Before Sartoro, I'd been buying suits from expensive design houses. The hope was that these firms would use good quality fabric and tailor the suit for a fitted body. Ultimately, all suits needed additional alterations, making the process lengthy and expensive, and the variety of clothing was limited.

Things completely changed when I discovered Sartoro.
1) First, they only use good quality material, so you're assured that no matter what you pick, the suit will always look high quality
2) Second, they have a large selection of fabric, and you can get actual samples before purchasing the suit.
3) Third, they do customize each suit. This is very important because you'll realize that ultimately you like only one type/shape of a suit: it's virtually impossible that all suits from other design houses will have the shape you like. But with Sartoro, you can design all suits to your liking.
4) Fourth, and to me it's the most important, everything can be done online. I simply don't have time to go to stores and to tailor. The convenience of doing everything online finally gave me the time to basically re-do my outdated wardrobe during weekends and nights.

My only suggestion is to make sure that you take your measurements exactly as reported by Sartoro's guide. It's normal that the first suit won't come exactly as you wish, but mainly because your way of measuring sizes isn't the same as theirs (note that even professional tailors may not follow the same guide). Their guide helps a lot.

I have worked with Sartoro twice now as a bridal stylist and I have a great experience everytime!

First was with The Salmon Suit and it was the highlight of the photos! Your eyes go right to the suit as the emphasis of the photos (sorry bride :D)! No worries the bride loved it! If you are looking for a way to stand out on your wedding day, I highly suggest a colored suit from Sartoro!
The second suit was the Madison Lapis Blue Windowpane Suit. My client gave them the wrong measurements (Sartoro caught the mistake because they know their stuff!) but Sartoro was more than amazing to work with to get the suit tailored for a perfect fit!

Sartoro has been outstanding to work with as far as customer communication and getting the suit to me in a timely manner. I would absolutely work with them again because getting a suit on time is a HUGE deal and working with them puts me at ease knowing it will arrive perfectly and promptly!

Great experience working with the team at Sartoro! They have a great product selection that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I was able to find a great pink linen blazer for my rehearsal dinner. The blazer even matched the hotel that my wedding was being held at to the point where the hotel staff kept asking if they could carry it on site.

Total pros! I had a couple hiccups along the way (no result of Sartoro's) and they knew exactly how to remedy the problems. Lots of quick, open communication. In the end, I got an awesome suit!
