We ordered the suits for our wedding from Sartoro and they looked amazing. In total, we had the groom, 8 groomsmen, and my father, so 10 people in the green twill suits and one of the attendees in a navy blue. I received so many compliments on the choice of the color for the men’s suits. Many of the attendees asked where we got the suits so they could order a suit for themselves or their husbands. They are great quality and fit everyone perfectly. The process was super easy for being a custom suit.

We already had another friend order Sartoro suits for their wedding. Everyone LOVES them!

We will definitely order from here again when my husband needs another suit. But I’m excited for him to wear his wedding suit again because it works for formal or semi casual events!

The quality and craft of these suits are on a level that very few can go to. The material is very good and the story behind the company is super interesting. There's more to this company that meets the eye and that's great seeing that what meets the eye is stunning!

I got one of their tuxedos for my friend’s black tie wedding.. Was pretty happy with the quality of the suit, especially relative to the price. I really like the jacket lining (went with red paisley), and the sizing from the AI tailor thing fit well.. Just ordered a blue suit for work.

Regretted ever trying them out

So my wife is a wedding planner and they contacted her offering a special promotion to try out their suits in hopes she would recommend them to her clients. A custom made suit at a steep discount, only $200. They said that their app/algorithm was 97% accurate at sizing the client from inputted measurements. What a joke. It asked for my suit jacket size and pants length and waist. That was it. I should have known then but I filled by false promises. They said that if the suit didn't fit perfectly that I could bring it to any tailor for alterations and they would reimburse me the cost. Sounds good right? Also if that doesn't work, I could get a free remake. Zero cost to me. Again sounds too good to be true.

I had a wedding and an anniversary dinner coming up that year and was due for a new suit anyway and figured whats the worst that could happen.

I ordered it April 25th and it arrived May 23rd. No biggie, I wasn't in a rush.
The package said it came from Vietnam I believe. Unusual but everything is made abroad anyway. First impression was that it was very wrinkly and didn't look very custom. It felt like I ordered a cheap suit from China. (Essentially what I did, with the extra step of a middle man)
The material looked nice but felt cheap. The jacket fit well but the pants were too small in the waist, seat and thighs. For reference I'm 5'11" 190lbs slim frame. Size 36 waist and 42 jacket. I like to think fairly average.

I contacted Sartoro and they were very nice and said that it should have enough extra material to be altered. I took it to a tailor and they felt pretty confident that they could do the necessary adjustments. A week later, it was better but still tight. I asked about the option of a remake and they said that they could do a remake. When I asked about a refund for the tailoring they said that's it's not refundable if I go with the remake option. That was not made clear beforehand.

They asked for more specific measurements this time and I recommended using a pair of dress pants that I owned as a reference.

The remake arrived a few weeks later and I was hopeful but unfortunately the pants did not fit. I took pictures of all three pants (including my reference pants) and sent them to Sartoro asking for a refund because this whole process had gone on long enough and had been more work than if I had just gone to a department store. Initially they said they do not do refunds but after threatening to file a dispute with my credit card they said they would issue a refund. The company had been so sketchy this whole time I did not trust they would give the refund so I started a dispute. At this point it had been 3 months since they had received my payment and I still didn't have a suit. Because of the dispute, they informed me they could not physically issue the refund. I had never heard of this before and again it sounded sketchy but decided I would trust the and cancel the dispute. Then afterwards they told me it took anywhere from 60-75 days before the funds were released back to them so they could issue a refund. After 60 days of waiting, I gave up trusting them and filed a dispute again.

Still waiting to get my money back months later. Avoid at all costs.

The customer service was amazing. This was our first time ordering a high-end suit and it’s for our upcoming wedding. Somehow we made a mistake and our customizations didn’t come through. Luckily somebody reached out right away and we were able to clear up how we wanted the suit customized. It arrived quickly and is amazing. Quality is superb. We also gave extra measurement information to customer service that was taken into account during the tailoring process and the suit fits great. Beautiful color. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Just got my second suit Thursday and it fit great! Get it back from the cleaners tomorrow and absolutely wearing the hell out of it to work Tuesday. Very glad I found these guys.

Stunning suits and impeccable fit!

I was absolutely shocked after placing this order. I ordered one suit and one shirt, and after receiving the items in exactly the timeframe stated, I tried them on thinking that I would learn my lesson if it doesn't work out. I was so wrong. The suit looked absolutely beautiful, and the fit was perfection. I could not recommend Satoro more highly. Will be a go-to for me from now on!

Very happy with my fitted suit in Prussian Teal color and the fabric feels premium (I believe it's silk, cashmere and wool). Fit of the suit is great, and custom lining/piping came out great. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a suit upgrade or something a little groovy and stylish!

Great suit, awesome customer service, and it fits great! Bought two suits and they came out better then expected from online tailor. Follow up from the company on size was quick and Andy was quick with questions and advice. I would totally buy another suit from them and recommend them to friends and family!

I can not begin to explain how happy I am that I found Sartoro. Andy was with me throughout the whole process. Andy was always there, and I called numerous times due to a logistics issue. My windowpane suit fits perfectly, I could not be any more happy with everything.

I purchased an absolutely beautiful suit. They use high-quality material and expert tailoring. I used the digital algorithm for measurements. 90% of the suit fit beautifully on me right out of the box. I had to make some minor alterations (I have a somewhat unusual body build). The reimbursement for my alterations was a cinch and the credit for my next suit came in the same day!

My husband ordered a custom suit and absolutely loves it. The fit is perfect and he was surprised with the high quality! He has already ordered another pair of custom pants and I’m certain he will be a repeat customer in the future.

Bought an overcoat for winter. Love the style and the look. Comfortable, sleek, and affordable. Well made, with a slick lining on the inside that’s just the cherry on the top. Definitely would recommend!

My grey tweed coat fits like a charm; it’s slim and trim. And most importantly, it looks fantastic. For the first time in my life, a stranger on the subway remarked how much they liked my jacket. I couldn’t recommend my Sartoro jacket higher.

The suit coat sleeves were a little too long

I wanted an extra special suit for my friends wedding but didn’t really know where to start. A friend recommended me to Sartoro and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had a very specific idea in mind so I set up a consultation and was recommended their ‘Select’ service which, through their expert advice, I was able to design every detail of my suit. When it arrived I was blown away, the quality was impressive and while I had my doubts over the sizing tech beforehand, it fit like a glove! Just a minor alteration was needed on the pants (which was probably more on me overshooting my pants waist size) but they were quick to respond to my request and covered the cost! Definitely the best suit I may ever own, well until the next one from these guys! Thank you Sartoro!

I've now purchased four Sartoro Select suits, one sport coat, and I have another suit on the way. I cannot speak more highly of the craftsmanship, attention to detail, fit, finish, and true customization exactly to my specifications. To get anything comparable on Savile Row or in New York would easily exceed £5,000. At two recent black tie weddings (where everyone was dressed in formal attire), I received numerous compliments on my Sartoro tuxedo, which goes to show just how much the quality and fit stand out.

Material is comfortable and attractive. Design is very modern
