I had a great experience working with Krizza from Nordica Sauna. She was very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of purchasing my sauna. She took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure I understood my options before making a decision.

Customer service was helpful when they…

Customer service was helpful when they didn’t have the model I was looking for and put me in another model that was similar. Sauna works great and easy to assemble. Only complaint which is minor is the wood plank decorative grooves don’t line up with each other. Does not affect operation just aesthetic appeal.

The delivery was great

The delivery was great! The delivery company and personnel were fantastic actually. I have a sloped drive way and the delivery tech helped me tremendously. The actual sauna itself was easy enough to put together and I feel it was also very striaight forward and the IR works great! So why the 3 stars? Because the hot coals part of the sauna where you have the rocks and hot sauna parts was not well conveyed how to put that together. Meaning, you basicallyl need to get an electrician to put it in for you and you aren't told that up front. Not only that but there's not even an attempt to help you install it from an instructions or anything. They just kind of ignore that part as if you don't have this other thing to install. So yes the infrared sauna heats up and works great - great speakers too and all that jazz, it's so weird that you wouldn't put instructions on how to install the hot coal part of the sauna. Total miss - well you didn't even go up to the plate, you just took your stike out from the bench.

My experience with Nordica Saunas was amazing. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure to answer all my questions and gave great recommendations. It was super helpful to speak to someone and ensure I was getting the right package. All around an amazing experience!

true DIY overachiever

We went in thinking we just needed a heater and controls. Simple, right? I picked out the “wrong panel” like a true DIY overachiever, and instead of letting me confidently ruin my own project, Eric from Nordic Saunas swooped in like a sauna guardian angel.

Not only did he call me, but he actually looked at the photos of our control unit, figured out exactly what we needed, and then—plot twist—adjusted the order to something that was BOTH correct AND cheaper.

At this point I trust Eric more than I trust most of my relatives.

End result: perfect setup, zero headaches, and I didn’t accidentally turn my sauna into a very expensive wooden closet.

These guys are the best. 10/10. Would absolutely let them save me from myself again.

Responsive, helpful and thorough

Very helpful regarding a sauna service issue. I appreciated that they followed up and returned my call when they said they would -- and that they researched to make sure I got the correct parts I needed for my equipment.

Shipping Damage - Nordica Helped

** Update - It took a bit to work through the issue, but Nordica sent a replacement that arrived in the right condition. Harvia attempted to have me keep the unit and test it first. After speaking to our Sauna builder and electrician, this would be at our cost and if it didn't work, I'm out of pocket for this test plus installation. Add-in the lost time we'd experience eventually getting a replacement after arranging a test or dealing with a service repair, that's an expensive risk on our part. Nordica agreed and ensured we could get a replacement. Thanks to the team supporting us when FedEx was responsible (they also dropped it on our porch without signature too). **

This hasn't been a great start. The heater arrived damaged. I took pictures of the damaged box FedEx left on our porch plus damage to the unit after opening and immediately notified Nordica Sauna. Their response is they are waiting on a response from the team on how to handle. This should be simple, send a replacement that isn't damaged. What differentiates good companies is how they respond to issues.

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the damaged shipment by our logistics partner. While damaged shipments are rare, they can happen and I understand how frustrating it is to receive a damaged item after waiting for it to arrive.

Nordica cares

Nordica called shortly after I order an infrared sauna online. It's backorderd ( which was clearly stated online). Jessica just wanted to be sure that I knew it was 3 months out. Thought that was great customer service. Also assured me if it arrives early it will ship early .
