Hi ! i try to make my first acount to saurus and i hot tots of erros or probably rejected because of my nationality ( romanian) i hear they usualy start to do that! i m disappointed and i relly need an answer! and ps. saurus stop remove coments with review like this from app store is not proffesional from you! Do not trust them
Do not trust them. I have recently had a payment of nearly £1000 come in and they blocked my account. I have sent multiple emails asking for help in this matter and even contacted them on telegraph messaging app and no reply from them. They are thieves who take peoples money. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT TRUST THEM. If I don't get my money by end of the month, I will visit their head office and show them what's what.

Never had a issue with this bank before. I pay monthly for saurus premium. However today just before i got paid i got a email saying my account is under review. I have sent the documents that they have requested for. Hope i can get this sorted asap as i have my rent to pay this saturday.

iSaurus blocked my account without informing me .they will not give me access to my account or forward it to account i gave them, they do not answer my emails and claim only the senders bank can claim the money back, when in fact the money is mine, i have got fed up with it so have submitted a claim to the Financial Ombudsman to sort it for me.
I undersand what Saurus are saying but i was unaware someone was sending to my account was fraudulent, i have no control over that, what monies in my account belong to me, thats why i will begin proceedings with financial ombudsman . After reading the Saurus reply i have tried to contact them several times by email and they have ignored me, so i have followed the legal route via the Financial Ombudsman service, my advice to anyone that reads my review, don't open account with Saurus , their customer service is non existent ,

I sent money into a Saurus bank account online and few hours later it was blocked and I was asked to ask my bank for refund of the money I sent which I did and it has been more than 3 days I still haven’t gotten my refund

Later edit: i am.so sorry that you haven't told me by e-mail when i asked support what is happening? I had to write a bad review to find the truth,why my account was closed.Someone reported a transaction but no one asked me my point of view.There are scammers among people who send to other prople money transfers.After they send,they try to cancell. But if you had looked at my account ..i had in 2 months and a half..many transactions and from such many just a person reported as a fraud(such fake reports exists),you could have thought that it's not posible for me to be a scammer,otherwise everyone should have complained..but the idea is ..that anyone can fill any complain,it's not mandatory to be true. That's why..to be true..that complain must be done at the police and the police must investigate.Otherwise that complaint is an attempt to defraud the recipient of the transfer.
I don't know who reported and which of the transactions. That person didn't tell me anything.
Between persons(not companies) there are made bank transfers for a lot of posible reasons: for example i could post on a forum that i sell a t-shirt or any object signed by a great athlete,a cd or any collector's item,philatelic stamps from the personal collection,anything, for that i can receive a personal bank transfer; that person receive the object and after this he can fill a complain to his bank and try to recover his money back and in this situation i would be the deceived person,not the one who complains. And i think to sell objects from a personal collection is not a business itself,but i could get scammed by the buyer. As far as i know,bank transferes cannot be cancelled and any fraud should be reported to the police and the competent institutions will decide what is fraud and what is not.And i don't think financial institutions are the ones who have to do the police work.
