Reklamation
Jeg reklamerede over et par tights. Fik hurtigt svar retur, intet problem med at få tilsendt et par nye og jeg skulle endda ikke bruge energi på at sende de defekte retur.
Jeg blev i den grad mødt med imødekommenhed og et meget højt serviceniveau. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang, at vi handler hos saysky.

I had an issue with a reflective sock not reflecting so contacted Markus with the problem.
He rectified it within the hour and sent me out a new pair.

Excellent customer service. Package lost in transit, so sent direct, no fuss, no quibbling. Excellent products too, Just need to sort out the shipping company!

Excellent service from customer-support. One item missing in first parcel. The missing item was immidiately send without further questions or "investigations" (which is seen often in other companies).

I absoluty love the Saysky gear! Just the best!! Unfortunately, my package got lost in the mail. Markus personally reached out and resent my order. Received it within a day with a personal note. Top service!!
