What a great company I would highly recommend them. Communication was fantastic advice was brilliant . I would of never dreamed of carrying it forward if it wasn't for this company and their great advice . I would 100% use again if needed

Friendly competent staff who were happy to talk me through my claim for housing disrepair. I had a long wait as my housing association dragged their feet on everything but the solicitor kept up the pressure. A year on I have the repairs completed and a compensation pay out for all the years I have had to live with damp and mould. Would definitely use the company again.

Benjamin's Estate agents didn't secure my deposit, they tried to con me for over £900 said they will be happy to take my £750 and landlord to pay the rest, this didn't sit well with me, house was cleaned and problems was reported throughout, which they disrepair. Tried to find My deposit protection email, to which I did not have. Asked 3 companies if they had my details to which they didn't, asked Benjamin's multiple times for proof of deposit secure. To which they went round the question each time, to them realising they are in trouble and said I can have my £750 deposit back which they repaid. After finding this company, they said I can still go again with suing, to which I received over £900 compensation ontop of what I already got back. Thank you.

I was not impressed by the law firm . A trainer lawyer who doesn’t keep you update with progress, who after zero contact with the defendant went to a barrister before wanting to go going to court . I was told I was out of the statute of limitations and less than 50% chance of success. Surely the lawyer should have known this as she wouldn’t have taken on the case but after 6 months a barrister had pointed out the facts of the case, which in my opinion the lawyer should have known so the lawyer had got my hopes up as well as leading me on . Initially I stated my care and was then passed for assessment who then allocated A lawyer. Shoddy practice.

I started a data breach claim with this company against the nhs in 2022 and Kirsty frackleton was helpful and professional throughout and helped bring the matter to an end despite it not being made easy from the defendant
