I had a data breach claim against Prudential who allowed a former employee to take my protective data with him to a company that he formed when Prudential made him redundant.
I spent nine months trying to resolve it with Prudential and recover fees that had been paid to this company without our permission but to no avail. I instructed SBW law and they made a claim on my behalf and Prudential admitted the data breach and paid damages. All wrapped up by Kirsty Frackelton within four months of accepting my case on no win no fee. Kirsty is a nice friendly person to deal with and very efficient lawyer. I recommend her and SBW law.
