My flight had been cancelled last minute and I was looking to get a refund. Leslie helped process my request and was very kind and attentive through the entire process.

This is what my experience is. I had a cancel my flight ticket. Initially told out of 2200 $ ticket for 2 person, they will refund 1600$ and then said more 280$ per person i.e. 560$ extra and now saying in one transaction bank will charge for 2 person more 33$. This is scam. It has been more than 3 weeks, I haven't received my money. They are saying bank takes time to refund whereas bank only takes max of 2 days.
This is a fraud. Beware

We booked a flight previous to the recent one and we booked an extra suitcase with it, which was not in the booking information so United made us pay AGAIN. Now we had a ticket from Amsterdam to Rapid City which was 833.98 Dollars and they cancelled it yet took the money our of our account. We have called multiple times yet they claim to now have anything to do with it. Want my opinion? Yes straight from the airline is expensive. But losing 833.98 dollars is worse.

The deals and customer service is excellent at ScholarTrip.
I want to call out the customer support agent Perliza Briones. I reached out to the agent to update my itinerary with some changes and she was very helpful in working with the airlines and updating the details.
I would definitely recommend ScholarTrip to all my friends and family.

I had an emergency and needed to rebook my flight. Scholartrip offers the cheapest flights for students like me. Chenno helped throughout the rebooking process in the best way possible. I was advised what days would be better to book and was kind and straightforward in doing so. Very responsive and reliable!

I was a bit suspicious of the prices that I saw for airfare on this site, but read some reviews here and decided to go ahead and purchase a ticket with my Credit Card. I immediately received my record locator for the airline and was able to check the airline's website to retrieve my booking. About 30 minutes after booking my flight was ticketed and I was good to go! Would definitely use this site again in the future. Great prices and fast service!

Mj attended me, he solved all of my problems with useful tools and lots of patience. I had a few issues with my payment and in a few hours he guied me through all of it with kindness and support.
