Always a fantastic experience ordering school uniform from School Trends. The quality of the uniforms is excellent — but the level of customer service stands out!
From the moment I place an order, communication is clear with timely updates about my order status, and when I have a few last minute 'add ons' they are always happy to facilitate. The team respond quickly and helpfully. It makes the entire process stress-free, which is a huge relief during the busy back-to-school season.

They get back to you really fast with questions, they didn't have the size on the website and this was sorted so fast and they extended my discount so I did not loose out. Highly recommend their products as well. I have used them 6/7 times now

my only quibble would be not having an age 4/5 option however than being said the 3/4 loos big enough to fit a 4 year old :)

Lots of help from the customer service team!
I placed a recent order with school trends and had a little issue with payment, payment was pending on my end for some unknown reason for a few days but wasnt showing up on their system, we got there in the end and all was sorted.
Tracey who dealt with my issue was brilliant! Emailing back and forth with ways they were trying to resolve it etc.
We always use school trends for the uniform as it’s great quality but we are even happier to use them now knowing how well their team helps with issues.

Receive emails with offers. May bank holiday offer for 15% off didn’t work at checkout so I was gutted. On the off chance I emailed to see if I was the only person experiencing issues, turns out I wasn’t. I contacted school trends regarding my child needing a bigger size of pe kit. They replied to my email very quickly and informed me the size had been added. I then encountered another issue with the website not giving me a payment option and again they replied immediately and remedied this issue. 5 * customer service.
