Scotch Porter Avis 5

I've been using Scotch Porter hair products for at least 6 years, and I've found them to be the best for my hair style. My hair is naturally curly and graying. I use the Hair Wash, the Hair Conditioner, and the Hair Balm exclusively from other products. In my experience, the Wash cleans my hair without stripping it squeaky clean, with all the natural oils stripped away. The Conditioner brings out my natural curls like no other, and the Hair Balm goes on smooth, non-greasy, light, and preserves the look. The product is not always available where I live, but delivery options have been available that have resolved the gaps quickly. Overall, I rank this company's hair products best for me.

I've been using scotchporter for years. Last two years they fallen off. They barley have any products online. Everything is through target and Amazon which isn't good. Hard

They advertise sales up to 75% but they NEVER HAVE THAT INVENTORY. I complained about their bait and switch advertising and marketing and I think they’re full of doodoo. Good product, but their marketing is full a black hat practices and engaging in customer deception.

I saw a mention of this company on one of the hours of The Today Show. They referenced products good for beards and softening the rough and dry sensation many men notice with their beards.

So far, I've used for a few days and I can feel a softness to my facial hair. It feels softer and less "pokey" and a bit better behaved.

I've tried a few other brands and have found that usually - by the end of the day - the softness has "worn off" and with Scotch Porter, I do not find this to be the case.

But with all of these products, I've yet to find a scent that doesn't make me cringe. The Scott Porter has a scent like an old Beeswax candle - it's not bad, and it's not chemically, but it can be a bit strong so close to your nose and mouth. Given that no matter how well your beard and facial hair is groomed, there is still a chance to get a stray hair in your mouth, the taste is not great.

I've used the beard wash and the leave in conditioner and the styling/hold product (a wax? a paste? a pomade?) and - again - beyond the old candle smell, I'm very happy with the products. I've also got the beard "masque" to try and the rinse out conditioner to try, too.

Note - it could be pricey for some; but honestly, what men's grooming product isn't?

Oh, and to the Scotch Porter shipping department - get smaller boxes. Having a box 3 or 4 times the size of what's being shipped and then filling with those plastic pillows of air does NOT keep the products from sliding around and the shipping carton getting damaged in transit.

Love supporting Black owned businesses and Scotch Porter was recommended to me by a friend. I purchased via Manifest supply on ig and have been hooked on the face scrub ever since. definitely going to buy these products again.
