Katie was very knowledgeable and helped us to get the holiday we really wanted. She was also very patient when she had to repeat herself as I am quite deaf. She was a real pleasure to deal with and I’ll keep her number for future cruises. A real “Ambassador “ for your country !

Kellie got us sorted with our cruise and has also come back to us to help with other questions since booking. Unlike other Travel Agents i have used in other companies who dont reply once they have made a sale.

Hi, I had been pondering over a winter cruise for almost a month, and when Joanna called me from the Cruise Centre, she very quickly made it easy for me to make up my mind.
Very professional from the start, had a lovely manner, superb at fitting this particular cruise to our needs, explained all the benefits of this cruise, and I can’t thank her enough,
Even the staff I spoke with when Joanna was with other clients were very helpful. Will definitely book any further cruises with Scotland’s Cruise Centre.
