Not what I would expect
Delivery’s constantly rescheduled or cancelled with little or no warning. The prices rise like a rocket and fall like a feather. They changed my direct debit to a lower amount every three months so I end up in debt, if I didn’t call and change it back. If it wasn’t due to little to no choose I would go elsewhere.

We’re disappointed that our service has left you feeling that you have little choice but to remain with us. We value your custom and would like the opportunity to look into the concerns you’ve raised and see what we can do to improve your experience.

Apart from anoying cancelled deliveries the driver was a great help as my tank is situated at the bottom of the garden and also gave advice about not overfilling due to expansion of the oil
