Not able to order usual amount (that has been ordered for the past umpteen years). Told it went over my credit limit despite always paying bill on time and in full.
Instead of getting delivery in 2 days of ordering was told it would be 7 days, in fact delivery was eventually made 9 days after ordering!

Well, initial contact was OK once I eventually connected with a human after answering goodness knows how many questions!! I managed to place my order and had to pay for it upfront...OK I get that!! I then was given a delivery date...it came and went!! I phoned and was told there had been a breakdown and was given another date!! That also came and went...short staffed and my driver in hospital, I was told...and so it continued,but hooray 4th time lucky...I got my oil...if it wasn't for your very pleasant delivery driver I would have given you 1 star ...poor service ...don't you think?????

We appreciate that having to contact us repeatedly for updates, particularly after already being given a delivery date, is not the level of service you should expect from us.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect deliveries, but we recognise that it is our responsibility to keep you informed and minimise the inconvenience caused.

Easy to order online but invoiced me despite paying
Easy to order online, fuel arrived when they said
My only quibble is that I was then posted an invoice which showed amount owing despite the fact that when you order online you have to pay at the time. Get your facts straight before posting it out, absolutely pointless and a little stressful!
