The form was easy to fill in. Cheaper than my last insurance and pays directly to the vets. Hoping I won’t need to claim but feel at ease knowing my dog is insured just in case.

No incentive to stay and increase was too high
Great cover, disappointed in the renewal process. There were no options given to stay when I called to cancel or reason for the £16 renewal increase. Additionally, I got a what's app message after my policy ended which would have probably meant a larger increase for lapsed cover. Would have stayed because initial the policy cover was good.

You’re absolutely right to expect clearer explanations and a proper conversation around your options when a premium changes. While renewal increases can be influenced by a number of factors such as area and risk ratings, breed, claims experience across the wider market, and changes to Insurance Premium Tax, we fully acknowledge that we should have taken the time to talk these through with you.
More importantly, we’re sorry that alternative options weren’t explored with you. This would usually include looking at different levels of cover that we offer which could better suit your needs and that conversation should have happened.
We don’t always get everything right, but by raising this you’ve done exactly the right thing. Your feedback has been shared internally and we’re reviewing what went wrong here, as this isn’t the experience we want to deliver.

Good cover along with sensible pricing.
Great price for our two cats to be insured. Very easy to setup a quote and then confirm a n actual price for the neat 12 months of cover. Options seem reasonable and so this attracted me to the website firstly, and then the actual pricing worked out fine for the cover required.
