Ordered the bundle as it had the cleaning stone in it and that's the product I really wanted to try. The order came quickly but the item was missing. I messaged to ask for the missing item and they replied quickly for more info which I gave to them. Since then nothing. I have messaged and emailed many times and I'm just ignored.

I love Scrubology products so much I even sent an order of the Hero’s Edid Bundle to my mum who now loves the cleaning items too. The surface scrub stone is amazing for pots and pans, it’s take all the blackness off the bottom of your pans in seconds instead of spending hours scrubbing. The cleaning stone is a must. I use this on my showers and worktops. I have always had an issue with streaks on glass until I used this product.

Try them you truly will not be disappointed.

I also had an issue with a package being delivered damaged. The item that was missing was refunded immediately.

Delighted with this product. I was amazed what it did to my 16 year cooker it looks like new. It was exactly as described on website and the delivery was very quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to family and friends.

Received order today. Box was smashed and soaking wet. Items missing from my order so not sure if been pinched or were never sent? Have emailed customer services but no response yet. Evri don’t want to know.Disappointed and feel the packaging was very poor to begin with.

Scam on ‘Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips’ that the admin seem to be in on… beware!

This is a scam company. Never received my order. No way of contacting them as they never respond.
I saw a couple of posts on "Cleaning tips and tricks " on Facebook about their cleaning stone. Wish I had looked here at reviews first.
Their Facebook page says no adverts allowed but the admin on this page and their "team" of folk are obviously connected to this company "Scrubology" ...along with a company called "Goodskin" The latter gets poor reviews too. When I reported the posts to admin of the page, I was promptly banned.
There's the same people who post thanking "whoever posted about this before" then you see all the same names commenting the usual nonsense "Wow, what's that you're using?" " I've used it too and its amazing" etc etc. You get the idea. Might possibly be the same person with various profiles on Facebook. The names that are always involved are always the same 8 or so names, including the names of the three people who are admin of this Facebook page and there no doubt is more.
These posts are removed after a few days. Please do not waste your money on Scrubology or Goodskin ...both owned by the same person

quick shipping, good value for money cleaning kit and all the products are amazing.

I purchased the scrubbing stone as we live in a hard water area and the shower screen is a constant battle with water marks and lime scale deposits. I have used it twice following the instructions and seen no difference at all to the water marks. A complete waste of money in my opinion. I would happily return it if I could. I am sorry that I believed the hype

Fabulous products! Now a must for my cleaning buisness

Our toilets were looking pretty grim, with a lot of brown staining at and below the water level. After using the bar, 95% of the staining had disappeared. We've tried a lot of different products and this definitely surpassed expectations!

Quality product. Highly recommended this product. Bit pricey comparatively to other products in the shop but it does give a great results for a long time.

Great products easy delivery

I placed my first order with Scrubology, and had high hopes….but only part of my order was delivered. I even kept the bag as proof that there was no way the full order would ever have fitted into the bag I received. I politely contacted Scrubology immediately to highlight the missing items, however 5 messages later (via email and their own website etc.) and they have totally ignored each and every message, not even an auto response stating they had received my message, were looking into it and would come back to me in due course. NOTHING! Their customer service is either non-existent or severely selective!! Making a mistake, making no effort to rectify the mistake and then ignoring your customers is no way to run a business!
** If you’re thinking of using Scrubology - Do yourself a favour, save your money and use Vanish and/or The Pink Stuff.**

Purchased their cleaning stone after seeing many posts on a Facebook page for "Cleaning tips and tricks" They use a drawing of Mrs Hinch as their profile pic. The stone was absolutely rubbish and didn't clean at all.
There's continuous posts of "Scrubology" products on this Facebook page, showing amazing results, they are deleted after a while and then reposted by someone else. It's strange as there isn't supposed to be promotions allowed on the page, but when I reported it I was blocked like someone else here. When you use Google lens, the photos they are using are from various different websites, not their own photos like they claim. At times people ask the poster of the post about the product and its not the original poster who replies, but someone else??? Very strange if you ask me. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Not worth it! Couldn’t clean my not very dirty oven glass door. Tiny useless ‘sponge’ don’t waste your money!

What is this magic stone! Everything I have cleaned so far has been so easy and it really works. Marks on painted walls came off easily. I tried cream cleaners, sprays, even baby wipes only this has worked. Very happy with the product. It did come through damaged in the post customer service was quick and helpful. No issue to using the product and they refunded the delivery. Thank you.

Had really bad Limescale on the bottom of our toilet bowl and the bar brought it up like it was nothing! Used so much on it before and nothing budged! Love it
