Wholly excessive amount of pdf's, registration and login…
The amount of different pdf's to open are ridiculous. Registering and Login are a nightmare wholly unnecessarily excessive procedures . I would never uae you again because if it. Why can't your confirmation email list all details of the policy there and then as do other companies. Really really annoying and time wasting.

There was limited option to choose for group on insurance. It was only single, family or couples. There wasn't any option for group.

I was travelling to the United States and it was my sister who suggested I purchased travel insurance so I went on a comparison website and this policy was identical to all others only it was priced considerably cheaper than the others available and I could purchase it without blowing the budget
