The policy had everything I'd potentially need to be supported in any eventuality like a doctor at hand facility and all the emergency numbers I'd potentially need which i took with me. Thankfull... Voir plus

Would not use again
No documents ever sent. No email confirmation sent. Only a phone number to call if any problems. Dont even know if it was approved. Would not use again.

To date I still haven’t received a copy of my insurance. Yet I’ve received an email to review. I contacted select and protect via phone and the online portal requesting a copy of my insurance documents. I still haven’t received them

I bought travel insurance on Friday 23rd Jan for travel on Monday 26th Jan. I have not received my policy or any documents and cannot find a number to call, I have emailed customer service. But then I receive this feedback email…please help me

Unable to get into the site to view my policy. Instructions were not clear... policy number had letters and numbers, I cut and pasted them in... not recognised; sent email to company, they took over 24 hours to respond and said cut and paste does not work and the letters were not needed... how was I to guess that?

Awful ski holiday travel insurance
Left me bed bound looking at the four walls of my hotel room after an accident on the slopes that left me immobile
They literally said on the phone and I quote “it’s not our fault you’ve had an accident”
Wouldn’t cover an earlier flight home and said if I did I would jeopardise my medical expenses claim also
Absolutely horrible experience
Be aware they will try to weasel out of everything
