An honest opinion
To be honest I never had to claim so I am not sure if my contribution helps anyone. The process of procuring cover for my trip was very easy and all correspondence with the company was easy to understand. The policy offered everything I needed and was the most cost effective of all the companies I checked. And honestly that was the main reason I utilized their services.

Easy to use website to obtain quote for insurance. Easy to pay and all info and policy emailed immediately. Secure access to policy. Password and security code to access online portal. Not yet travelled but any potential claims can be made via portal. Very happy so far
