Painfully lengthy process with too many…
Painfully lengthy process with too many reps involved/changing throughout. 8 months to finalize a Life Ins application. Limited updates and details in responses to questions. I needed to advocate for myself to secure updates and ensure medical records were delivered properly.

The Agent was very prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He understood what I needed and was able to get the policy I wanted. After thorough interviewing, he provided me a proposal that he felt would be accurate based on the high-quality company's guidelines. He didn't guarantee anything but provided perspective from his expertise and experience. The policy, coverage, and premium came back precisely as he told me he expected it to. Leaving a legacy for my loved ones.
While the precess to qualify was lengthy, I am very pleased with the outcome. I was successful in obtaining a 1 million dollar policy for 20 year term. I feel so much better about the legacy that I will leave behind for my loved ones.
