We were given very good information about the Senior Safety Alert from your representative. Then when we hooked up the speaker device and performed a test on the unit, we were quickly contacted by support personel.

Customers service is extremely helpful and delivery was faster than expected.
We have only begun our journey with Senior safety Medical alerts. I am getting this device for an elderly friend that lives out of state. Customer service has been very helpful and answered all my questions. It was delivered quickly. They sent it right out! The unit was easy to for a novice to hook up. THEN I needed her to have a bracelet instead of a necklace. No sweat! So that is on its way, too. Excellent job!

Just one slight negative - I was sent the wrong kind of necklace but that was quickly & efficiently remedied.
