Superior service
Casey, who was the representative, was kind, patient, and very helpful. I had a lot of questions and he answered each one and further explained exactly how these alerts work. I had no experience with these and he made me feel confident with the choice I made.

Highly recommend!!
This was a simple process to order an alert necklace for my mother-in-law. This company has been so pleasant to deal with. My mother-in-law has set the alert off accidentally 3 times now and each time the response was quick and support was so kind and friendly. There was a fire at the company that provided phone service so we could no longer use the Alert service we had. Senior Safety provides service equipment that simply plugs into an electrical outlet and is immediately active. This is a company I highly recommend. They truly seem to care and has put us all at ease knowing they are just a push of a button away. Thank you Senior Safety Medical Alerts!
