Customer service and to sign up for my mom to get her. The bracelet was very simple and easy very friendly. Customer service answered all my questions when the item arrived. We did a test and everyone was so nice on the other end of the phone. I’m truly glad that I signed up with your company

Great device

Peace of mind
We subscribed to this system for my mother-in-law. It was very easy to set up and easy for her to understand. We were advised against the automatic fall detection due to the possibility of false alarms. That was a little disappointing. But the service provides us some comfort knowing that she can get help with the push of a button.

Unable to get updates from EMS
I was not impressed that the inability of the Senior Safety Medical Alerts representative to let me know if they took my grandmother to the hospital or not.

Hi Kristin,
Thank you for your feedback. Our dispatchers will provide all of the available information they have to the emergency contacts at the time of a dispatch. It appears the local first responders who arrived to assist your grandmother (when asked by our dispatcher) if she was transported to the hospital, replied , "We are not allowed to give out that information. We did have a call put in and we did respond there, but that is all we are allowed to say."
Typically 911 dispatch will provide us with that information, however it is under their discretion and or policy.
I hope this information helps and I am happy to know that your grandmother received help in a timely manner.

Hi Terry,
The worker you spoke with came to our management team shortly after your conversation together, visibly shaken, because you were said to have been shouting and yelling at them from the moment they answered the phone. There were no extra fees added to your plan. You elected to pay for the service quarterly (every 3 months) so your bill was $19 per month, but billed every 3 months (total $57). We actually waived the shipping fee when you ordered.
I believe if the conversation would have started with less hostility, you would have quickly realized nothing was out of the ordinary and would still have a reliable medical alert system in your home.
We appreciate that you returned the equipment and we refunded your original payment.
