Sensetraining Avis 

I used Sense IT to complete a CIMA exam. I was greeted warmly and taken through the sign in steps quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again even though it is not my local centre.

I went to the Burnham centre to complete my CeMAP training for work. The member of staff I spoke with was very helpful, professional and personable. They even wished me good luck which I hadn’t ever heard from other training sites I’ve been to.

Booked an exam through PV and opted to take it at Sense Training. Directions and parking information was spot on which was a great start. The service from the staff on arrival was excellent, which did help to calm the nerves. Booking in was simple, water was offered if I wanted to take it in to the exam. The room I took the exam in was warm and quite. Once finished checking out was as easy as the arrival. Great experience and recommended if like me you didn't want to gut your workspace to take an online proctored exam.

Fantastic service , really helpful staff. Very professional and a free coffee and cake due to taking 2 exams. Easy parking and ease from motorway. I opted to come here from Bristol and it was the right decision.

Sat an exam here today and chose this particular centre purely on the basis of its proximity to where I live. This is the first time I've sat an exam outside a formal eduction environment, so I cannot make comparisons with other test centres, but I received a warm welcome, an unexpectedly rigorous security check and a warm, comfortable, quiet environment in which to sit my exam.

I always visit this centre to complete my cima tests and case studies. Very quiet test centre with warm welcoming.

Emily was an absolute pleasure to deal with on arrival, everything was explained eloquently and clearly.

Sat an exam this morning. Arrived early and they let me start earlier than planned which was great. Very friendly and informative staff who helped, good computer set up and a free bottle of water (much needed for a 2 hour exam!) Will definitely be back to sit further exams. Thank you

I recently took two exams here. Staff were professional and polite and the exam room was quiet and comfortable. I felt able to give the exams my full attention. I would make the journey here again in future.

Nice welcome and make you feel relaxed. Had free bottles of water to take into the exam. I arrived early and they let me sit the exam early. All in all a great experience and I will be back for the next level exam.

Location is easy to find. They are a very efficient and friendly team, putting all examinees at their ease. Facilities are more than adequate.

Easy to get to with car parking a few minutes walk away. Large enough test centre for there to be tests when other centres have been fully booked and they are super accommodating and professional! Highly recommend :)

The staff on site were excellent and very helpful/understanding. I arrived a few minutes late due to traffic but this was not a problem for them, helped me calm down and get into the right headspace for my exam!

Travelled 2 hours to take this exam as the test centre near me only had 1 x slot available for August. The lady was so lovely and welcoming, and explained everything so clearly. Having been stressed all morning she helped put me at ease within 5 minutes! Great air con too, as we’re in a heatwave it was such a relief to be doing the test in a cool environment and I was even offered cold water to take in with me. Such great customer service, they’ve got the details spot on.
