Professional, flexible and friendly! Feel very lucky to have such a pleasant and well run test centre close by, as I take a fair few professional certifications.

Nice friendly staff and make you feel welcomed and important

Took my Excel MOS exam with Sense IT - I was a bit apprehensive finding the location, however it was very easy to spot it after parking in Bank Street. Reasonable priced parking too.

Facilities were very clean and tidy. Lockers could fit a decent sized backpack in them.

Bruce was very accommodating and explained the rules very concisely and clearly.

My test did crash towards the end, but it was dealt with, and without fuss.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

It is very professional, the staff are very polite and friendly and it is easy to get to because it is a 5 minute walk away from a train station and there is nearby parking. I highly recommend.

This is my favourite test centre. I have passed 10 of my CIMA exams here and can easily say that it’s my first and only choice for 2 years now. My main reasons for switching from the test centres in Bristol to Sense IT were the convenience to select the exam dates in the very near future and the total absence of noise during exams (in contrast, in Bristol, due to the never-ending construction works in the areas where the test centres are located, it’s difficult to focus during the exam).

Another benefit is the easy access to Sense IT: there is a train station just 5 minutes away and a reasonably priced car park around the corner (£2.50/4 hours stay).

Exams are always stressful, but this test centre’s quiet atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff are going a long way to reduce my anxiety every single time. I cannot recommend this test centre highly enough.

Location easy to find and staff very helpful.
Easy to find and parking is not far away.
Site provides locker to store your valuables while taking the exam and I was even able to take the exam before my booked in slot.
I will no doubt be back again!

I truly recommend. Nice environment, very peaceful, and most important: kind people that provide good energy, important when you take an exam and need to relax.

Visited the training centre yesterday (16/03/22) to take my R02 exam. Perfect location being a two minute walk from an all day car park and a coffee shop where I crammed in some final few hours revision! Locker located next door to the exam room with a personal key so you know your belongings are safe and water provided on site if needed. Was nervous going in (as I am before most exams!) but lovely lady on the desk to greet me straight away and inform me what to do and where to go. Would definitely recommend as a test centre and will for sure be using as my preferred option again for any future exams!

This is a perfect testing center, calm, quiet, polite staff, easy and respectful checks and very easy to locate. I took my cloud practitioner exam here and my experience was perfect, that's the way I can qualify it.

I would highly recommend Sense IT Test Centre. Easy to find and get to, if you are driving there is plenty of parking space. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative.
It is a quiet location, therefore, perfect for concentrating during your exam.
Couldn't really ask for more.

Yesterday I sat 2 CeMap exams and I would recommend the centre to anyone. Really friendly staff, very clean, very quiet and a pleasure from start to finish.

This is my first time sitting a CII exam at this centre and was really pleased with how easy it was (the centre service, not the exam so much). Parked at the bank street car park and walked down to the centre. Staff at the centre were really helpful and friendly, check in process was quick and got me set up and sorted in no time. All in all would definitely say it was easier for me to go here than my usual trip into Bristol to sit exams.

Close public parking, friendly staff, open door, clean, suitable monitors, Covid measures, quiet, plenty of testing slots are some of the reasons I recommend this test centre to anyone.

I’ve sat the majority of my CIMA exams here over the past 3 years and would certainly recommend them over other test centres. They make the entire process as comfortable as possible and also stayed open through testing times allowing me to continue to study.

I’ve taken 16 CIMA exams at Sen5eIT over the last 5 years and would really recommend them. The staff are always really polite and helpful, the centre itself is quiet which is great to be able to concentrate on exams. They put lots of measures in place throughout the pandemic so I could still take exams with them instead of having to do them from home.
It’s easy to get to with a car park a 2 minute walk away and the train station about a 5 minute walk away, so great location.
They always had availability when it suited me, there are no downsides at all with Sen5eIT.
