Great venue to host exams. Thoroughly checked and given clear and concise information reference the process of what was about to happen. Perfect conditions of exam taking! Would not hesitate to return to take more exams... If I have too! 😂

Reception desk greeted me politely, friendly and efficiently then gave a full explanation. Another friendly, professional exchange following the exam. 5/5 stars for the person on reception and for the facility which was clean and technically as expected.

I've been here a number of times in the last 12 months and I've always been impressed. The staff are terrific, the COVID measures have been excellent and I'm grateful to be able to continue my certification journey during these strange times, thanks to Sense IT.

This is the best experience I've had with an exam centre (Highbridge). The receptionist was courteous, friendly, informative and most importantly did everything with a smile on her face. She deserves a pay rise!

I travelled an hour to this centre based on lack of availability elsewhere, but the experience was a much smoother one than previously.

As testing centres go, this is conveniently sited and easily accessible, with plenty of parking in town centre car park. The facilities at the site are good and the environment clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, even calling ahead to see if I wanted to move the appointment forward. I can’t fault that type of customer service. I have been testing at Sense for over a decade now.

Very straightforward process and very professional staff. Lovely quiet setting and lots of cheap parking nearby in a public car park. An all-round excellent experience.

The team are great, very welcoming. The environment is very clean and calm and the staff are excellent. I’ve sat 3 exams in past few weeks and everyone has been helpful and considerate, whilst maintaining authority and diligence for all sitting exams.

Great Covid precautions too.
I’d thoroughly recommend this venue.

I honestly can’t thank this place enough. The staff are lovely and so supporting. They always made me feel welcome. The staff understand how nervous people get for exams and do there best to make you feel better about it before you go in.

Excellent venue for taking exam, spacious, clean, quiet, good size monitor screens, people pleasant whilst being thorough in check in requirements - well worth the travel if needing to concentrate in exams

Made my exam experience a pleasure. Completely put nerves at ease. The place was very clean and had appropriate covid guidelines in place to ensure safety of clients. The lady checking us in was incredibly friendly. Thank you very much.

Bruce and the Team went above and beyond with regards to ensuring that Corona virus didnt ruin my chances of further career progression within my company. Like many other exams recently, my FDIS exam that was booked in November was at first cancelled by the exam provider due to Lockdown, but Bruce made countless calls to ensure i could take the exam within a safe and covid secure environment. Cheers Guys.

Excellent facilities and equipment provided, even considering the covid-19 restrictions the service remained professional and efficient.

Bearing in mind we’re still in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis I had a very good experience here. They take all the sensible precautions and provide an excellent and safe environment for taking exams. Definitely recommended !

Excellent Test Centre!
I've sat two exams there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to reach as it's close to the M5. Ample parking close by at a very low cost (unlike e.g. Bristol where it's a nightmare to find parking in the first place, and if you do, it's very expensive).

I have visited the centre on a number of occasions to sit exams and have always been met with a friendly face and helpful staff. Bruce puts you at ease as soon as you arrive and this always helps when you are nervous about an exam. Cannot rate this place highly enough!
