Used ServiceMarket a couple of times - for home cleaning, Salon for my wife, laundry service & quotes for moving my apartment.
Home Cleaning: The ladies were excellent; they cleaned my apartment very well & didn't need much explanation, as they carried their own cleaning materials with them. 5/5 for the ladies.
Salon: Booked it for my wife. The beautician was polite & soft spoken. Gave my wife a nice mani-pedi & foot massage. Wife was happy, so was I. - 4.5/5
Moving my apartment: This was the first service I used ServiceMarket for. I got 5 quotes to move my apartment for free & selected one coz his reviews were good & the price was reasonable. The guys were nice, and they packed the items well. 4.5/5 because they had an issue getting the permit to enter my new community, but they managed it well.

Tried it 4 times and at all times I received a great service.
The customer service center itself was very supportive with me and even gone for extra miles by allowing complimentary rescheduling of my cleaning service although it was clearly my mistake forgetting the booked date.
I have also earlier tried the movers service and was pretty handy.
I think the app provides wide range of service from variety of suppliers that you can always check and compare their competitive pricing and service ratings.

Worst massage ever/ scammed for service
Worst massage ever. I ordered a lymphatic drainage massage (specifically choosed) the lady who came told me her company is not doing that so I received an normal aromatherapy for the price of lymphatic. After that I wrote to them in WhatsApp and in the app and ofc no one is replying. In Dubai there are too many other providers I would recommend someone competent.
