BE VERY CAREFUL!
BE VERY CAREFUL!! Misleading on the advice given. Technicians took advantage of my wife's inexperience with maintenance issues and charged her double the price of the actual service needed (which was a simple cleaning service for an AC unit).
When I called to question the tactics, I was basically yelled at by someone explaining that they treat everyone equally.. I have also seen other examples of reviews online that don't necessarily reflect the score that they give on their website for reviews.
It is a shame, as the amount was relatively small in comparison to losing a client who was simply seeking a trust-worthy service provider over long period of time. To miss out on repeat business for essentially 130 AED seems a bit silly to me.
Would strongly recommend an alternative company!! I have also read other reviews on the company that represent a score of 1.7 out of 5. It seems that they are trying to set up a different account to distance themselves from a score that is more representative of the level of service actually given.

She is the best cleaner we have ever tried.
She is a very organized person. She cleans very thoroughly and neatly. She always smiles and is polite and friendly. She has never been accused of stealing and is well-behaved. She completes all the tasks assigned to her without forgetting anything. As an added bonus, she has no fear of our cats.
