Total disrespect and damaged lots of items

Do not let this so called company in your house, due to a flood left tools on ceramic range, left the house in a total mess, damaged kitchen so company who was fitting it could not fit it again until they had replaced all damaged doors missing and damaged parts due to there careless removal and storage. Damaged fridge freezer and after months of waiting told me to purchase one and three will refund me and still waiting for refund, damaged dining table and arguing about replacing it also being going on months . Damaged blinds won’t pay for them. Absolutely animals on your property and with your belongings and not one apology, even said they wanted the old fridge freezer to scrap it as scrap money could be put to another one to save money. Have all photos to back all of this up. They should not be in business . Head office also not answering my messages or phone calls. I have never known anything like them and if they were to ever come again I would be standing outside stopping them coming in. No respect for peoples property or belongings. Horrendous.

To reply, I have already replied to head office who is refusing my calls and refusing to pay or sort for damaged items. Even the insurance company have said they would not use you again after all the trouble and lack of cooperation. You know your company has damaged all of the items appologise and own it. This is not our fault it was servicemaster Retford

Terrible service

Terrible service , don't finish a job right , didn't do what originally said rubbish sorry I couldn't score minus, I had a rental with this company for over 4 years , I had windows that wouldn't shut that I had to tape up in the end in winter especially , flooding causing mould in the basement I had to desk with , rats running around due to neighbors animals being left in the property but had no help from the company or landlord , I could go on but I wont

Fire Damaged home that needed to be cleaned. Was
advised we would need to pay a deposit which was
no problem. After asking how much deposit was
required, I was told 3k. after numerous emails back
and forth I was given the bank details to transfer.
Monday morning was told payment wasn't received.
Checked it was the right details I had been sent which
it was. Was told by Richard - service master South Essex and east london- that infact it wasn't the correct
details and somebody must have hacked his email
account!
We are now 3k down, waiting for action fraud and the
bank to investigate. Since Richard telling me he has
been hacked I have not heard from him. twice I have
called and no answer or return call. Hacked or not. I
was a customer ready for service master to come and
do the job! No care at all. !!Avoid!

Good job done

I had a three seater, two seater and chair plus two pairs of curtains cleaned. Very efficient and superb job done by very pleasant workmen.
Will use again.

Would benefit from clearly stating dimensions of a room

Trouble booking online but phoned and received helpful advice so booked. Kyle Wilson came & was very polite, professional and efficient in undertaking the carpet clean. He explained process and aftercare.
Only criticism was that the dimensions a room measures are not visible on the website to decide if you’re booking for a small, medium or large size room

Update added

Further to my previous review of this company, they contacted me by telephone. The agent (Tanya) who contacted me was not interested in listening at all. The only thing she wanted to do was tell me how good their services was and that all audit and inspection documents were spot on. Absolutely no interest in hearing how poor it has been for 9 years or even concerned that we only get a half hour of vacuuming for our money.
Such poor service followed up by even poorer customer service. You must be very proud of yourselves.

UPDATE

Servicemaster - I made the effort to contact you and I was, in turn, contacted by one of your representatives. I will not be giving you another chance to cause me any more anxiety. I have a serious heart problem and won’t put myself in a position to be spoken to with such disrespect again. Once my landlord (housing association) fails to sort it out I will take further steps to have this matter looked at from a legal stand point. Regardless of how poor or amazing your cleaner performs you can never, ever, ever justify basic domestic cleaning at £200 per hour.

Terrible experience requesting a carpet Clean

Terrible experience requesting a carpet clean, and deep clean of curtains. Service Master Newbury.
A) Two individuals turn up in two transit vans
B)Younger of the two immediately phones the office and argue pricing is wrong - the invoice is adjusted down accordingly as the requested work is dismissed.
C) The curtain deep clean is dismissed, and I am told that the best thing to do is buy new curtains in brown
D) A steam clean is offered for the curtains at £60
E) The result is terrible, so the final bill is £30
F) carpet shampoo started and one armchair is simply not moved - brown behind the chair is still there.
G) The drying of the staircase was abandoned after six steps. I know because I have a Bissell carpet cleaner and used that to complete the process.

Never, ever, again.

Bad service

Bad service. I booked a clean online, which was cancelled on the day of the clean as apparently they didn't have the availability, and their system shouldn't have let me book. They were unable to expedite an alternative.

Excellent service - Highly recommended!

I booked ServiceMaster Clean to do the carpets of two bedrooms. Unfortunately they couldn’t do it on the day and got me booked for a later day, complimentary for the whole service. The technician, Will, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, easy going and really considerate of the fact that we were working from home. He did an amazing job on both carpets and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, I will definitely be returning for more services and highly recommend this company! ☺️

Following a plumbing leak the insurance…

Following a plumbing leak the insurance company sent servicemaster. On site it was agreed that servicemaster would dry out and complete replacing damaged kitchen units and flooring. Plus they would do other work not covered by the insurance if we paid eg fit new sink. At a later date servicemaster changed their minds.telling me that they would only complete the drying out. They claimed I was confused and mistaken. I contacted both the local branch and customer service. Resulting in them sticking to their story.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I had a large and particularly bad blood stain on my carpet. It took a couple of visits to completely remove it, but they only charged for the one initial visit. I was told at the beginning that the stain may not come out completely, but they would make as many visits as was necessary. Very impressed with the service and I thoroughly recommend them.

They came clean a carpet in Holborn. Had already been messed about with so not much they could do. Just want to say a very great service and will use again.
