I have never experienced customer service this bad. I ordered a chain for my husband for Father’s Day… yes, Father’s Day MONTHS ago. The order never arrived. After sending 15 emails (and that’s not an exaggeration), I finally received a response apologizing for the situation. They told me they would not only send my original order but also include an additional necklace to make up for everything. That was well over a month ago. Since then, I have sent 18 more emails and have received absolutely no response. No shipment. No tracking. No communication. Nothing. At this point, I feel completely ignored after paying for a product that I never received. A sincere apology means nothing if there is no follow-through. I would not recommend Sforce to my worst enemy. If you’re considering ordering from them, be prepared for nonexistent communication and the possibility of never receiving what you paid for. I’ll be sharing my experience across my social media platforms and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so other customers are aware of how this company treats people after taking their money.

Stay clear, shambles of a company been waiting over a year on a replacement band for my watch.

Order placed: December 27, 2025.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed a preorder and patiently waited through multiple delays. My understanding is that the company uses preorders as a form of crowdfunding or production financing to raise money before manufacturing the watches, which makes clear and accurate communication especially important. At this point, all watches have been removed from their website.

When I followed up on the status of my order through the website chat, I specifically stated that I did not want to cancel and was willing to continue waiting for the watch.

Despite this, my order was canceled on May 6, 2026, and I was later told the cancellation was made "per my request," which was simply not true. I have records from the website chat documenting that I clearly declined cancellation and never authorized the order to be canceled.

Delays can happen, and most customers understand that. What is difficult to accept is having an order canceled without authorization and then being told it was requested by the customer. Communication throughout the process was poor, and there appeared to be no meaningful effort to correct the situation once the mistake was identified.

I want to emphasize that I am a big fan of the company's style and designs, and I currently own 10 of their watches. That makes this experience even more disappointing.

The watches themselves may be good products, but based on my experience with customer service, communication, and order handling, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

Absolute crooks. Ordered a watch December 18th, 2025, present date is May 26,2026 and still have not received it. Every time I inquire they state it will ship in 10 business days. They do not have a phone number, only chat bots. They are criminals.

Don't buy from these fraudsters. Still waiting 6 mins later.
Abandoned cart during Black Friday because I was afraid it was on back order. Received a text from s+force a few days later telling me the watch was in stock and would ship from Florida to arrive before Christmas if I ordered. Ordered and paid December 5, 2025. Now May 16th nearly 6 months later and still nothing. No watch just continued empty promises from "Ericka" in customer service apologizing for the delay and offering a refund. Last told me in April 27th would ship by May 15th. Nope. Don't want a refund. Want my watch. At this point should refund and send the watch for the miserable experience. Austin (if that is really the owners name) and his crew should be ashamed of themselves for this inexcusable fraud.

Two consecutive orders have been placed, with no follow up from this company. Only to be told when I reached out, that my order was not in stock, and that my order would be pushed 10-15 weeks out. They even ran a Christmas sale where they advertised buy one get one bracelet half off, no details about when it would arrive. After I reached out numerous times to find out why my order was not fulfilled after 4-6 week. I was told that my order was a preorder- and that it wouldn't be fulfilled for months in the future. Essentially S-Force is allowing people to place orders based on what hasn't even been in production, and then lying and saying people agreed to the pre-order. Not only am I posting this review, but I'm also reaching out to Shop and the Better Business Bureau.

So ein mieses Unternehmen, zudem war das Armband aus Plastik, nach nicht mal 20 mal tragen defekt.Dann möchte man ein neues bestellen, auf Kulanz keine Chance, dann eben kaufen.Nach zig Wochen eine Urgenz, wo die Ware bleibt, hatte noch Armbänder dazu bestellt, wird einen gesagt 10 Wochen Wartezeit... ok, nach ca. 5 Wochen abermals Urgenz... wieder wird einen gesagt 10 Wochen Wartezeit... Leute was soll das ? So etwas unfähiges habe ich noch nie erlebt, zudem man einigen Uhren schon bestellt hat... Sorry, kein Bedarf mehr, dort etwas zu bestellen!!

Made an order on Black Friday. Products didn’t show that they were out of stock or on back order. I’m writing this today with no updates on the order. I’ve emailed their customer service three times with zero response. The number they have on profile from PayPal sounded like it was someone’s personal cellphone when it went straight to voicemail. Do not buy from them. It’s been hell.

I have 2 of their older Swole watches. One of the straps snapped out of nowhere and when i contacted them to buy a new strap they said they don't do them anymore making my watch now useless as apparently the straps they use now dont fit older watches. When i made the point my watch will be useless now all they said was here's a discount for a new watch. No thanks. I want my watch fixed before I even think about another. It's a shame as they are nice watches. But cann't see myself buying again and cann't recommend them purely on repair problems if anything goes wrong.

Ordered and disclosed that they wont send product out for 4 months after waiting a month. Asked for refund getting no response. Stay AWAY

AWFUL CANT SHIP WITHIN A MONTH AND NEEDED TO GET BANK INVOLVED TO GET BACK MONEY AVOID THEY ORDER FROM TEMU OR ALI EXPRESS PUT THERE LOGOS ON VIA LASER AND RE SELL ERGO THE OVER 30 days no item shipped DO NOT USE THEM! Get better cheaper else where

Always been a fan of S-force watches, however took me a while to get one.
3 months after getting my first one I’m the owner of three different watches with another two on the way.
Strong, durable, and statement making and not just the watches the chains and bracelets.
Wear these head turning items with pride.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with S-Force! Their watches are not only bold and stylish but also built to last. Shipping was fast, customer service was responsive, and the ambassador program is a great bonus. I get compliments every time I wear mine. Bought watch March 24. Showed up March 28 broken. Reached out to SForce and have been getting run around ever since. No resolve, don’t care about their customers.

The quality of the S Force watch i ordered is superior to anything else I've had. As these watches are bold and massive, they are definitely conversation starters. The customer service and shipping was amazing. I can not wait to get more to add to my collection .
