Im extremely happy with my Samson Gold chain 2pc set and hypercarbon digital watch. I know the brand has undergone new ownership and it’s definitely been a great change as I think the quality and diversity in their products has improved.

As a musician I needed something quality that would also not break the bank. Most chains of this caliber seem to always be EXTREMELY expensive and these were very affordable and I can’t wait to wear them out.

Customer service was quick and responsive as I had questions that were quickly answered by the convenient chat service. I even thought my wrist chain was too big but they helped me figure out how to make it smaller myself with its intuitive design. Honestly I was so shocked I had to write this review.

Shipping also went by quickly, no problems at all there. Used the SHOP app which also let me track everything.

I purchased a Black chain and bracelet on 8/2/24 to wear on a vacation trip on 8/22/24. I have not received it as of 8/19/24. I contacted Customer Service 8/16/24 who instructed me to go to the Post Office since it appears my order has been lost somewhere. I told them I didn't work or live at the Post Office and I want a refund if my order can't be delivered by 8/21/24, the Rep told me it shouldn't be a problem since it only takes 2 days to ship. I got an email stating my order should be delivered 8/22/24.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had my S-Force Samson (30”) for 3 months. By far the best chain I have ever owned. I get compliments daily on how amazing it looks and where did I get it.

The customer service is fantastic and I got my chain very quickly (3 days). The packaging is top notch and the follow up with an email was perfectly timed.

I highly recommend their products and just ordered 3 Samson Bracelets.

My friend is a customer of S- Force and have one pair of watches, he is bodybuilder and have very active lifestyle. He is totally happy of product, and once lost a small part of watches, so customer service sent him a new one for free. I’ve been purchasing watches from this company for years when the original owner was Martyn Ford. Now the Company has changed ownership, but it doesn’t disappoint. It has the same quality as it had before and I will continue to purchase our products.

I have been with S-Force about a year and have both Samson and Titan set of 18k gold chains. Everywhere I go I get tremendous compliments on my chains and how beautiful and strong they are! The watches are strong beautiful and don’t resemble any other watch on fit, look, nor wearability! These too I have had grand compliments on. Especially when I am with Veterans as myself they go crazy for the products! The shipments are always prompt and customer service is as if the best I have ever encountered before! I purchased the Alexander 2.0 and I love it. Sforce customer service was involved after the battery went out 5 years later. They received my watch, replaced the batteries, and got it back in hands within a week! Awesome! They even buffed and polished the jewel and bracelet. Buy Sforce!

I recently received my Samson
s-force chain and bracelet and I couldn't believe how good the quality was. I haven't taken it off yet I wear it to the gym at work in the shower and in my pool and it is still as good as new not to mention the compliments. I get.I highly recommend there products.

I have been an s-force customer for a while now. Every since they were swole o'clock. I ordered a Kahn watch, which I still own. The quality and craftsmanship of their products still remain true. Recently I purchased a Samson chain that represents the strength and perseverance of the icon from the Bible. Sadly, it broke just days after receiving the chain. The customer service quickly stepped to action and dispatched another chain to me free of charge and also allowed me to keep the one I had. To this day, I still wear both the Kahn and Samson proudly. Please don't hesitate to ask me anything about s force or the Bible. I will do my best to answer any questions you mat have. If I don't know the answer, I know a guy who will. Thank you s force and Jesus for keeping me strong! Amen!

I purchased a Cronos 3.0 (SWOLE O'Clock, which is now S-Force) watch for my dad on 17th February 2017. My dad noticed that the analogue hands had stopped turning, which I know means the analogue battery requires replacing. We took the back off it (as I know it requires 2 batteries), but before we had even looked at anything, we noticed the second hand had come off on the front of the watch, which should not happen at all just from taking the back off the watch! I took it to a watch repair store on 17th March 2020 to replace the batteries and repair the hand/s, and they advised that the winding mechanism was broken, and as it is a specialist mechanism, it needed to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.

I contacted the company (SWOLE/S-Force) that I did purchase it from as the manufacturer, and even though I, had bought 6 watches from them (one just before this happened so I, then cancelled the order), they were not interested in repairing it or offering any solution as it was out of warranty. My dad had actually only worn the watch once as he kept it for "best".

They did say:

“When the watch is not under the warranty, the best we can do is to provide our customers with the replacement parts. As in your case, the problem is with the winding mechanism, even if we source you with the replacement parts, it would be difficult for your local watch repairer to fix it.

In those cases, we would usually offer a 50% discount for purchasing a new watch because, unfortunately, we don’t offer a repair service, as this is both timely and costly for us and our customers.

Have spoken with our fulfillment team and they informed me that we can only try to provide a new movement if you can assemble it in the local watch repairer?

It's Cronos 3.0, we upgraded to V3.5, V4.0, V5.0, then S-FORCE 1st Edition. We don't have any other spare parts of the watch. The crown and other parts are not fitting V3.0.

The new movement cost $60 + shipping cost $20.

Unfortunately, when the watch is out of its warranty period, the best we can do is to source the replacement parts or to offer a 50% discount that could be used to purchase a newer, improved S-Force piece.”

To which at the time (2020) I, had said:
“The cost of $80 USD (£70 GBP) plus the cost for a watch repairer to complete the work, would mean the total cost would almost be as much as the watch, so would not be worthwhile.”

I, did not get the parts from Swole/S-Force. As I, did say, they only said at that time (in 2020) that they can "try" to get them (the movement), as they had upgraded to different versions of the watch by then. The cost for the possible parts, plus a watch repairer from elsewhere, was more than the cost of the watch.

I, did contact another watch repairer company on 26th April 2024 just to see if it could be fixed now, however the company did advise that this was not something that they could repair/fix.

So my dad has a watch in a metal box that does not work, so essentially an expensive paperweight is about all it is good for.

I, recently (2024) took my Cleopatra 43mm watch (that I, had only worn for a few days in 2018), as kept for "best") to have the batteries changed as the analogue hands were not moving. One watch repairer place would not touch it as said he "could not take the back off as it was too close to the strap" (which was incorrect), and another one did take it off, changed the batteries, however the analogue hands were/are still not working. So another SWOLE/S-Force watch that is useless.

I, also have an Aphrodite (SWOLE) watch which was the first one of these watches that I, did buy at the same time I, did buy the Cronos 3.0 for my dad, that I, have only worn once. So expect the batteries to require replacing which from past experience of these watches leads to it being useless, if not already so.

Unfortunately there was a mix up with my item, and within a few hours of notifying them of the mix up, the problem was solved. Can't thank the team at s-force enough, thank you so much. I will be ordering again in the near future, Amazing customer service, and fantastic quality.
