Genuine product, fast delivery. Product is transferred into test sized bottle but has product name printed on in attractive font and is nicely packaged so is suitable for gifting.

I like that you are giving people a choice of smaller amounts try before you buy so to speak ,but the bottles you get should be like the ones you show on your pictures and I bought mine through PayPal there was some mix up when purchasing you do not acknowledge proof of payment and you did not provide or I could not find acknowledgement of order number on PayPal receipt

£50 for the tiniest sample I have ever seen, and to add insult to injury it was just under half full

Sold as original genuine chanel product but actually I believed was a copy (as not in bottle as per advertisment) Fragrance not terrible (although could have been diluted or contaminated from a rebottling process) didn't seem to have longevity as much as the original my partner uses regularly. Not even reasonably priced if it were a copy or diluted original. To make matters worse was bought as a handbag travel fragrance as part of a birthday present, lid not screwed on properly meaning it leaked in transit! Not happy!

Not the response I would have expected, considering I wasnt going to review... I rarely review when I am dissatisfied as I tend to prefer leaving positive reviews, especially for small businesses trying to grow and turn a profit.

The product was sold as original (original bottle was advertised) and in my opinion, the fragrance and the bottle constitute original (false advertising).

I don't think it's too much of a leap to think that your decanted and rebottled products are not to the same rigorous standards as the Chanel original. My partner (who I bought this for) has a skin condition, and uses the original regularly with no issues. Contaminants could have caused health issues so I don't think your response is reasonable.

Along with the fact that half the bottle was emptied by the time it reached us, as it had not been rebottled securely; obviously I believe justified this review.

If you don't want to see reviews or comments like this on trust pilot then I suggest you improve your standards, or don't use trust pilot. I am simply commenting on the quality of product and service I experienced and would sincerely hope others haven't had similar as its unlikely you would still be in business!

Not really keen on wasting more of my time emailing and getting into more correspondence.

Please remember I am a customer and gave you money for a product I wasnt happy with. I was going to leave it at that but I was bombarded by emails "flying in" asking me to review.
