Great shopping experience
We were so delighted with our shopping experience and explanation given to us with regard to the use of the table we purchased. The men that delivered the table assembled it in a couple of minute yes and explained the use of it again. Would definitely buy from Shack again

Easy Return Policy
We didn't like the looking of new chairs at home after the delivery. So we have applied for a return and get a voucher which we have used for other decorations from Shack. We are quite happy about it. Thanks to Shack.

What a great seamless transaction…
What a great seamless transaction staff in shop were really friendly and helpful staff at factory were excellent and obligingly helpful as well when picked up the 2 New York dining chairs we had purchased from the factory

One of the best customer services experiences
Amazing customer service. I was able to take a chair home to test for 24 hours which really helped. Delivery was quick and on time with great communication from both Shack and the delivery drivers.

Wonderful company, products and employers
My experience with Shack from day 1 was exemplary.
Not only are their products of the highest quality their employers reflect the same high standards. f
Dwayne and Steph couldn't have been more helpful and patient and courteous.
The delivery was reliable and prompt and efficient.
One of my relatively large orders had to be returned due to unforeseen circumstances and Julia at Head office couldn't have been more understanding and obliging.The respect shown by the employers of Shack are a wonderful example of how companies should treat their customers.

Phoenix Coffee Table
Website good, service good, product in stock and delivered quickly. Delivery was the best I've experienced - the men were careful, pleasant and set my furniture in place. Even had felt pads in his pocket that he put on the feet of the coffee table so my timber floor wouldn't get scratched. Recommend.
