Nice and spacious hall, highly recommended to anyone

I was using sharesy for second time for my daughter party celebration and overall really great to find the excellent place.

Great communication-with actual people and very accommodating on request throughout the booking. Would highly recommend.

Update: I was told I would get a full refund. I did not and sharesy ignore all of my emails to claim my refund. I had to contact my bank and dispute the payments to try and get my £130 back. Still waiting to find out if this will be resolved.

My venue was cancelled a couple of weeks after booking for my daughter’s first birthday party. This was after they contacted me to ask me for additional payment for caretaking services. Three days after taking additional payment my booking was cancelled. I’m still awaiting my refund.

I was told in a email that the venue cancelled and offered alternative venues that were three times the price. When I queried the cost of these venues I was just given a generic link to the website to look myself for an alternative venue. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend using sharesy services which is a shame as I thought it was a brilliant concept.

The company's website is easy to negotiate. Booking is also easy and they send a confirmation once they receive it. They could improve greatly with communication as the school did not respond within the time frame stated on sharesy, and sharesy should have messaged or emailed to advice that they are aware and chasing the venue for a response. When they did respond to confirm, the questions and queries that were raised in my initial booking (eg use of music etc) were not addressed or answered so it was unclear if the hall could meet out requirements. Again, this should have been chased or noticed and a suggestion should be given to client to contact the hall directly for a response.

Great space all the kids go school there it was a great place & special for them to be with friends

The team were prompt with responses which is great to experience actual humans behind text boxes etc
They actually went above and beyond when I needed to change something with my booking.
Would def use this platform again saved me hours of searching. I also liked the feature in which it summarized/listed what you get with the hall.

Brilliant app - always really difficult to find these sorts of spaces but Sharesy makes it easy. The platform is super easy to use, we managed to find and book a venue that suited our needs perfectly.

Really loved booking via this new platform. To be honest, I'm all about speed and simplicity, so probably wouldn't have even gone through with hiring the venue if it wasn't for the ability to book in this way! Everything worked with ease, and will make me book more venues in the future
