Wonderful hall. Everything was organised clean and lots of access to toilets lift and safety stairs.

I booked a podcast studio through Sharesy. Said studio ignored my emails and queries leading up to the date of recording meaning the session never happened. It’s coming up to 4 months since and still no response. Sharesy have not been able to contact the studio they represent either and have offered no refund or compensation. There’s clearly no vetting process or customer protection in place. I’m now having to seek legal advice to recover my money from Sharesy

Worst company to book events through or hire a space.
I would never use their service again. You are not able to speak with anyone on the phone and they take extremely long to reply to emails.

First time using Sharesy. Overall very happy with the experience, lots of information about each hall. I was after a hall that would accept certain things and Sharesy had all the information about it. Which helped me find the perfect venue. Would definitely use again.

Difficult to contact sharesey with questions they take days to respond. I had to call the school directly to arrange the visit and answer any questions I had.

The hall is good with most of facilities available. However, there are few things to consider before hiring.The hall is in the school setting, so there is limitation and you have to be very careful using facilities especially with kids playing around. We have used hall before but would like to alert on recent incident. We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the person managing the hired party hall, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The person and other concern management person were rude, unprofessional.
On the day of the event, there was bit of misunderstanding for using kitchen area and the school caretaker behaved inappropriately and even management personnel supported him. So,we all have to move out in middle of an event.
This experience was beyond disappointing, especially for such an important day. I would strongly advise anyone considering this venue to look elsewhere, as the poor management will only add unnecessary stress, cost and frustration to your event planning.

I am beyond frustrated with this service. My booking was canceled multiple times due to what they kept claiming were “administrative errors.” Every time I thought I had everything sorted, I’d get a last-minute cancellation with a vague explanation. The lack of communication and accountability was infuriating. I wasted so much time trying to get my booking confirmed, and every time they made an error, I had to chase them for answers. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I will never use this service again. Definitely not worth the hassle or the stress. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Want to book with Sharesy? Look elsewhere please as it was my first time booking with them and my booking was cancelled twice. Originally booked a venue for a Saturday which showed it was available online but then recieved an email informing me that it got cancelled and if I was ok to take the booking for Sunday which I said ok to. Next thing you know they cancelled my Sunday booking saying they made an error and that time was booked already. So look elsewhere, thank me later.
