Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them! It’s a big scam. I purchased 4 bras and only received 3.
I have sent three emails and no response. I have tried to call that number on their website and it doesn’t even work. I want a refund and I cannot get anybody for the life of me to get back to me.
Their size chart is wrong, and they refuse to allow returns or to give a refund.
i measured myself and used their sizing chart to pick out 6 bras that would fit me.
The bras arrived and they were way to big for me.
I sent them an email asking for an exchange to a smaller size. They responded that they would send me two bras and they would call that an even transaction. I spent $155.97 on six bras and I do not fell that getting 2 bras was equal.
I wrote them back telling them I did not agree with their idea of an equal exchange and I asked for a full refund and a shipping to send the bras back.
They refused. They offered me a low store credit.
Again, I told them that was not equal or even, and I asked for a shipping label to send back all the items. Again they refused. They offered a low store credit and called it even.
This is not acceptable. I am stuck with the bras.

I ordered this bra in the hopes that it would be everything it was said to be. Ten days after receiving my order, I’d had no communication from the company as far as when the item would ship. I emailed them and did not get a response. I called my bank, reported fraud and had a “stop payment” placed on it. Very disappointing.

I love my bras!
I ordered two bras from this company. A white and brown Underwire Support Seamless Unlined Balconette bras. I love them! I’m not sure why all the bad reviews. The order does take as long as a SHEIN order to arrive but the wait was worth it! I ordered my original size and it fits perfect! The material is so nice and soft. A few times I have fallen asleep with it on and didn’t wake up all achy. My experience has been great with this company. I really need all the colors now!

TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM. Order confirmed but after 9 days, I had no info on shipment. After inquiring, it was suddenly en route. I received the items in two packages 30 days since my order. HORRIBLE quality, not even like a bathing suit. I requested a refund, and they offered to give either 50% credit for the site or 25% refund to card. I contacted them three more times to request refund in full, and they finally responded asking if I'd accept 40% credit.
Returns NOT Allowed
The sizing was not accurate and the two bras I purchased were too big. I reached out the day that I received the package to make the return. Their website says 72hrs for response. I finally heard from someone after 6 days. They wanted to let me keep the items and replace one with another size. I told them no, I wanted a refund. Now, several days later I receive another email stating that they would offer a $30 store credit or a $15 refund. Of course, I am now outside of the 30 day return window. Such a freaking scam!!!
Steer clear of this company
I just got my order on 03-15-2026 and tried on one of the bras. I wanted to give it a full day review, but it doesn't fit. I'm spilling out of the top and the bottom. There is also something poking me in a couple different places. I got the size that I normally wear. The straps don't stay flat, the back is really high on my back and there is still side fat hanging out. I do not feel comfortable or confident in this bra. It's been a week since I've gotten my order, and still no response. Don't even get me started on the terrible shipping and next-to-no tracking. I would like a refund. I would not recommend nor buy from them again.
Horrible Customer Experience
I should have looked up the company here on Trust Pilot before purchasing from them. This is the worst experience I’ve had for a return. I contacted them about the return the day after it was delivered, and their website states that a full return will be honored within 30 days of purchase delivery. They would not offer a full return, and after countless back and forth emails, I finally gave in and asked for the partial return that they offered. It has been over 7 days since they’ve supposedly processed the return, and I have not received it. Horrible customer service - save yourself a headache and do not purchase from this company.

I dont know if this website is worth to trust. I place an ordered 2 bra's from February 26, 2026 and until now March 14 I dont get any shipping information. But it says shipping will take 7 to 12 days. I emailed the customer support couple of times, as of this moment they replied wait until 7 to 15 days. So from the date I place an ordered it's more than a month in total to wait for shipping information or tracking number??? So I emailed them to refund my payment instead and decided to cancel the order. As of this time I dont get any response anymore. And they refund my payment either. This is my first-time ordered online that it take more than a month to send a shipping confirmation for the ordered. If someone read my reviews spread out about this website if someone experienced the same.

Terrible experience overall - slow, confusing, and weird customer support exchages.
I purchased 3 bras for ~$100 on Saturday, Jan 31. I had to ask on two seperate email chains for updated tracking information after it had been 5+ biz days and the item was not shipped. I recieved two diff tracking numbers reach time.
The items finally arrived on Sunday, Feb 15. I initiated a return on the same day they arrived cause I did not like the size and feel of the items.
The process to make a return is to email customer support with the reason for the return and their policy states they will provide an address to ship back to.
After I sent the email to ask for a return, it took 4 days for a reply. The email was: "Thanks so much for reaching out! We're genuinely sorry the item wasn't quite what you were hoping for.
We totally get that sending things back can be a hassle, and the shipping costs are no fun for either of us!
That's why we'd love to offer you a simpler solution so you don't have to worry about shipping it back at all:
A $30 partial refund back to your original payment method.
It's an easier, quicker way to resolve this.Just let us know which option works best for you, and we'll take care of it right away!"
I paid $100 for bras that don't fit... so I said, no, Id like a return and refund.
Then two days later they replied with: "After reviewing your request, we want to present you with our final option to resolve this matter promptly:
Partial Refund: We can issue a $40 partial refund directly to your original payment method. You would be able to keep the goods, and this way, you won't have to deal with the cost or hassle of shipping them back."
I firmly replied and asked for a return address so I can have a full refund.
I would NEVER recommend this company - don't do business with them and don't expect an easy shipping, returns or customer support experience unless you have 1 -2 months of patience.

Wish I could give zero stars. Took 7 weeks to get my order. Neither bra fits and they are so cheaply made. Absolutely no lift or “gel” as they call it. Waste of $55. And forget about returns! What a joke of a company! Could’ve gotten better quality at Walmart. Don't waste your time or money.
