Wish I could give zero stars. Took 7 weeks to get my order. Neither bra fits and they are so cheaply made. Absolutely no lift or “gel” as they call it. Waste of $55. And forget about returns! What a joke of a company! Could’ve gotten better quality at Walmart. Don't waste your time or money.

Came here to warn others! Please don’t order from here. They took over a month to arrive, the bras are the WORST FITTED SIZE EVER, and, they are refusing return / my money back. I checked their IG and there are so many experiences like mine!

This brand is a Scam ! Don’t even want to give one star , i ordered the highly viewed and supportive bra . Wks late realized no updates on shipping and when i asked for refund they are taking forever . Worst experience plz don’t fall for them

I requested to return one of the bras I had ordered almost immediately after receiving my shipment. Submitted the return request on December 29, and as if today, February 9, the matter has not been resolved. Customer service is slow to respond, and I had to reply several times to agents inquiring about what I wanted to return even though all I formation was provided in each of my responses. Finally we agreed on a refund amount, which I have now been waiting on for several weeks. I would certainly not recommend buying from this company!

I waited over a month to receive my order. When I receive the order, the underwear were already falling apart before I ever tried them on! The quality and workmanship is so poor, basically glued together with hem tape! They will not provide any refund regardless if you've ever wore them and they're still in their pack. Stay away from Shecurve!!!

I will NEVER order from this company again. I order $100.00 worth of bras and not one fit. When I reached out to return them, they said I could get a $20 credit to my original payment plan and keep the bras. I was not happy with that and then they said I could return them, but I have to pay the shipping to go back. I went to the post office and it was gonna cost $50-$60 to return and no tracking. So I took the $50.00 credit card payment and eat the other $50. I felt this is ridiculous and I would not recommend this company at all.

I'm another sucker who didn't do my due diligence and check this company before ordering. I am in an AI argument with Shecurve because they REFUSE to honor their refund policy.
My suggestion is never ever order from this fly-by-night company. They are the worst.

Like many before me. This company is a scam. I stupidly placed an order and 33 days later still do. It have the items now can I get a refund. I have sent customers service an email almost every day trying to get the product or a refund. But get the same standard email saying it is on the way and cannot return or refund until I get the product, yet I cannot get the product. They send a tracking number that does not work and to that they said it was the shipping company’s problem not theirs. It is a scam company with “AI” generated Facebook ads and reviews.

I have contacted my credit card company to report fraud and theft since I did not receive the product. Probably not get my money back but at least they are reported.

Save yourself money and stress. Stay away

DO NOT buy from this company. Poor customer service and a total scam. if you bra doesnt fit you, they ll do everything to not return your money and have all kinds of excuses. DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered on 12/21/25 and it is now 01/29/26 and I still have not received my product. I have emailed them multiple times about the status of my order and the reply with tracking information that you really can't track. It seems like it is in between the USA and China. I did not know that this was in China, because the receipt has United States. If I could rate lower that a 1 star, I would.

Total scam. Tracking information showed nothing, I went months without knowing where my order was. Never recieved the product. Customer service seemed was AI, and it took forever to get responses and a refund. I would never recommend this company.

I ordered 2 jelly bras on January 6th. No tracking at all. I reached out and I am being told it was delivered in 2025??? I ordered in January of 2026. Horrible company, Terrible experience. I will never order from this company again. No way to get a refund or even a person yo speak with.

I placed an order and started that I would receive the item we can 5 to 7 business day now that’s a lie. My order was placed on December 31. Today is January 23. I never received my item I sent multiple messages. The only thing I got is an automated message. I asked to cancel the order nothing I already purchased something else from shapellx.That’s what I should’ve done. I am not sure how they have any positive reviews on their website. They misleading the customer knowingly that the customer was not going to receive the item within the timeframe they posted on their website when placing the order. Now I I have to file fraud claim with my bank against them and I know I am not the only one that have been affected by this misleading lies information from their website. I do not recommend them if you don’t want to ge something go to the store shopping or shop from an other reliable company. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from she curve the chane of you getting your items in a timely manner or receive it at all is most definitely will happen.Customer service sucks. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB regarding this company, regardless of where the based on so people be aware before you buy from this company. They don’t deserve the 1 star. Be aware before buying from them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Online references this as a legit company but it’s a scam. Nothing is as advertised and your financial information is at risk. In short, don’t shop here. No order confirmations, bogus tracking, no customer service follow-up. Long shipping (like months) if it even ships at all. Partial and fake items shipped.

Its been 2 months... No product and no reply to emails. No sure where to go from here

I placed a order in December, with any expected delivery time of 7 to 10 days. In two days it will be 30 days and I still haven't received my order. Realizing they can't control the product going through the shipping process to the US. Be honest in your advertisements. Then when I emailed to inquire about my product the response I received was "it is flowing through the shipping process." They said I'd have a local tracking # in a few days. That was Jan 8th. To date I haven't received a "local tracking #." As there are several things I was interested in ordering in the future, I won't be ordering from this company again.

It says it’s based out of USA but shipped from China. I am not happy with what a waste of money and it took a month to get my stuff when I contacted customer service it's just an automated system.

Shipping took forever, communication is bad, the they don’t take returns or exchanges. The item was ill-fitting (way too big and not properly sized). Offered $20 coupon - no return or exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought the viral jelly bras. The leopard print ones, i got brown and black. They fit decent at first try on, soft, supportive...but quickly lost shape and got too stretchy. The only time they fit good again is right after a wash and they quickly get all stretched out again. I had to shorten the straps right up to try to get any support, and then the back keeps rising and the hooks on the straps keep flipping sideways. Plus these are not breathable! Gave me heat rash under my breasts. Garbage
