I ordered two of those posture support bras through facebook ads. they are incredibly stretchy which makes them not posture correcting at all, they are not even remotely flattering; in regard to shape. Not lifting at all whatsoever I can’t emphasize that enough. They don’t do what they advertise at all:(amazing shape, lift and posture correction). The only plus is they are comfortable but that doesn't justify anything else. Don’t buy if you want to correct posture I should’ve done more research. Everyone says they’re a scam even beyond the type of bra I purchased, and I believe them.

I placed an order for Xmas for my daughter for AUD$310.00 on October 30th 2025 they said a few weeks later they couldn't supply due to customs issues and would send a refund, I've emailed back four times now with no response and no refund to date January 4th 2026 - I'm considering taking it further !

Liars and scammers!! Do not use! My parcel arrived and I was missing 5 items from the parcel bag including a xmas gift, a pair of shoes and 2 tops. I sent multiple emails informing them that these items were missing and they insisted that they had sent them. They refused to refund and refused to resend the items. They also kept asking me to prove they were missing by sending them a video of me opening the parcel when I'd opened it over a week earlier and no longer had the bag. Absolutely ridiculous. As I said, liars and scammers.

I would love to give this company zero stars. CAUTION!! DO NOT BUY!! They state in their return and refund policy that you have 30 days to do so. This is a lie!!! I bought multiple sets of bras ALL of which did not fit true to size. When I contacted about returns well within the dates of their return policy, they only offered to replace 3 of the items and give me a $50 voucher. I bought 12 bras and spent almost $300 on bras that DO NOT FIT. I even asked to simply exchange them and they denied. SCAMMERS! LIARS! TERRIBLE PRODUCT!! They even sent 2 completely incorrect products (wrong bra and color) and wouldn’t even send me the correct order for those ones! I have to leave this review here because their website does not have any way for me to warn people of their FAKE return policy!

Why are they black? And when I ordered one pair, the company ordered a second pair and even gave themselves a tip..in current dispute with my credit card scam

Would give zero if I could I’ve been going back and fourth with a customer rep about a pair of expensive leggings saying it’s lost and the best they can do is give me 16$ since the company is at a loss too because of the product being gone how is that my fault horrible scamming company do not buy from them !!!

It's been 25 days and no product and a computer generated response by customer service. I'm out $50 and there is no way to get it back. Nothing angers me more than online scammers. This organization sucks and should be shut down.

I paid 39.95 for a dress that was scheduled to arrive 11/14/25. On the 16th o emailed support @ shecurve. Com and they said it was just sent and they'd give me tracking shortly. Two days later they send a tracking site I had never heard of, and the number j entered said nonexistent. They claim it takes a day or two to show up..
Many days later still the same.
Now I see this site😔

False measurement guides. Customer service won’t exchange items and will only replace the item with same exact item instead of a different style that might fit better. When I stated that the item wouldn’t work at all, they offered me a $20 dollar refund on an order that was almost $90 dollars.

The products are obviously coming from China. I made and order MONTHS ago, 1 piece of the order showed up 2 months after the order was made and none of the other pieces have even been shipped over 3 months later!! The bra that I did received was not AT ALL what the advertised bra looks like and is made of terrible cheap materials. There is no way to contact them, the phone number doesn’t work and they don’t answer emails. It’s a total scam!!!

The customer service at SheCurve has exceeded my expectations. After receiving an order that did not fit, I reached out to SheCurve and requested a smaller size. In a remarkably short time, a representative responded, offering to send a replacement in the correct size and graciously allowing me to keep the larger item to share with a friend. I have never encountered such exceptional customer service. SheCurve's commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Ordered my items over a month ago. No response from the company at all and I am having trouble disputing with my credit as well

I ordered the wrong size, and as a valued customer they are sending a replacement with in another size for free!

I don’t even think this is a real company. I would give zero stars if possible I never received my bra. There’s a phone number to contact customer service but it’s a fake number. I think it’s a big scam when I try to track my package. It comes up with some Chinese letters, stay away from this company.

Tried to return as wrong size & have sent 3 emails & still have not received a reply with address to send it !
Poor service & possibly a SCAM! I was charged $100 for 2 bras of shit quality. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SHIT COMPANY!! I’m reporting them to Fair Trading in Australia 🇦🇺!!

If I could’ve given it a zero I would have. Total SCAM! It took a month to arrive. Didn’t fit. Emailed same day I received for return address. Waited two weeks while they bartered to refund $10 $20 and keep the bra. I found an address online that was close to me as she said it would take awhile to find a warehouse close to me for return.
I returned it to that warehouse address. Provided tracking number and address and they just stopped communication. I wish I would’ve read this before I spent my money. 😩

I ordered the wrong size, and within 2 days, they confirmed they would send me the correct size at no charge. Easy to deal with and very good communication regarding my exchange. Fabric lovely and soft, will definitely order again.

This is my 3rd purchase, I had some issues with sizing and She curve was very helpful trying to fix the situation. Great Customer service! I will keep shopping with She Curve! Great products Great Customer service! Thank you!
